I just stopped by to fill up my gas tank and was hoping for a hot biscuit to fill up my belly. Renee was assisting a customer ahead of me who got the last biscuit. I asked if she was going to have any more, her response was “I don’t know.” I asked if she could check. The cook then appeared and brought out some eggs or something. Renee asked her if she was going to have any more biscuits and the cook said “they’re in the oven.” I asked how long, she said 7-8 min. I asked her to make a plate instead. She turned up her attitude when I asked her for an extra piece of sausage. And she had in her earbuds- I’m not sure your policy on that, but I’ve never been able to wear headphones at any job.
All that being said, I felt way more welcomed by waterfowl.

2 or 3 of the employees are worth speaking to. The others are rude and have no customer service training whatsoever.
The items ring up differently than what they are marked on the shelves.
Ms Robyn and Ms Kris break their backs to do what they have to do, but they don't have the help and customers see it daily. Definitely wouldn't recommend

The store manager Robbin is not fit to do the job correctly I've heard employees complain of favoritism towards others , always changing Thier schedules everyday not doing her job and just all out being lazy.The store needs a new manager at the 15th street store. Robbin can't do the job correctly and let's her favorite ones get away with anything and the ones worth having basically punishing them every day and changing Thier schedules until they get tired of it and quiting.

Working at the one on 15th street ? Awful! The store manager is more of a friend than a store manager, she show way too much favoritism and it’s not right at all. If you’re not the type to talk a lot or tell your business then you won’t fit in and she will try to get rid of you the best way she can like she have done others. It’s sad but it’s true! She care more about her friends at the job than her job and that’s very unprofessional to be titled a “STORE MANAGER” not dissing the lady but the lady is not right AT ALL when it comes down to the 15th street store. Her team leaders aren’t even leaders, they have the title for no reason as well. It isn’t a place of business it’s a place of mess and favoritism. It’s better for men because men don’t get brought up unless they like you or you like them but women please stay away from 15th Street Sprint Mart it’s not what they make it seem AT ALL! 1st shift doesn’t do their job but the “store manager” tries to justify their slack EVERY TIME. Everybody just want to get treated fairly when it comes down to a job because in life they’ve been there no matter what position they’re in, everybody have a family to feed and that’s just something they should understand instead of always sneaking around bashing one another and as a “store manager” you should put a stop to it not be the ring leader.

The nicest gas station in Tuscaloosa! Love going in here. It's not the cheapest gas, but for the customer service and cleanliness I'll take it. They have tons of snacks and drinks to choose from. Slushes. Fountain drinks. Hot food. Five stars!
