“The owner of this store is truly a class act. I was visiting from Birmingham and working in the mall to repair a door to the cash office. I was mistakenly sent here first.. He greeted me so kindly and informed me that it was the wrong store.. He then helped me find my true destination.. He offered me a seat and even offered to share his breakfast with me. After my work was done I came back to thank him for being such an awesome guy. He reached out his hand and asked me if I was an Alabama fan.. I said yes and he asked me who my favorite player was.. I told him Im a Tua fan and he said follow me.. He then gave me a Tua and Dan Marino picture that was autographed.. In a world that has lost it's humanity it was such a sweet and appreciated gesture.. I will be shopping with him for all of my family Alabama gear.. Thanks Tom! Love you brother!”

“I have never had such a wonderful experience finding the right tennis shoes. I went in to buy a certain shoe for my sister and then realized that they had a sale buy one get one 50% off so I found another shoes I liked on the table and got them. Well I get home and I look at them and the more I looked at them the more I just didn’t like the color so I knew I was taking them back. I went back the next day to return and there was absolutely no hassle in returning and getting another pair. The employees are amazing and make you actually feel like someone when you walk in the door not just another customer to check out. This will be the only place I make my tennis shoe purchases for myself and my family. Thank yall Wagners on Queen City Ave for everything and being so wonderful!”
