I went in the store 8/28/2023 in Tuscaloosa Alabama and Nate C. waited on me. He was very attentive to 3 customers at one time. So he worked his magic. I purchased the bed. Thank you NateC. ?

Sales staff at store great, rest of experience terrible. So far they have missed 2 delivery dates. 1st one never called. 2nd one called at 11:30am to confirm 3-6pm delivery window and still didn’t show up. Now claim they can’t find my bed which I was told was at the dock last week. $8500 dollars for a bed, missed 2 days of work waiting on them and still don’t have a bed. Remember when made in america meant something. Totally incompetent.

Well for the second time in a week stood up for delivery. Got call 11:30am to confirm time frame of 3-6. Nobody showed up. Got email new date jan5. Apparently my order cannot be found. $8500 dollar bed, two missed days of work. I'm done with the company so much for made in the usa.

My partner and I came in about an hour before closing last week and had the absolute pleasure of being guided on an amazing journey with the store manager Nate. He was such an amazing help and he got us everything we could ask for. I'm looking forward to being a sleep number customer just so we have a reason to see more of him in store!

We stopped in Sleep Number on Sunday and to our surprise it was a super great experience, Nate was awesome and very knowledgeable and super kind and patient. I really appreciate him taking the time to allow us to try out various beds and the functionality. He was very focused on our comfortability and not trying to sell us just because he needed to make a sell. My husband and I want to say Thank you Nate and really appreciate you.

My Review:Sensors malfunction regularlyOnce or twice a week our bed doesn't recognize one or both of us when we get into bed. This began a month or so after the bed was delivered. I called several times and spoke with customer support but the issue persists. Considering buying a remote because I am tired of getting up and turning my phone on to manually set the bed to our preferred numbers. Now the remotes have been discontinued online and in store due to being out of stock; they can only be ordered through customer service over the phone.Sleep Number reply: Thank you for submitting a review. Tony was very helpful and friendly selling me our mattress. He is awesome! Our existing frame wasn't working on one side due to a puppy chewing cords and a technician who doesn't work directly for Sleep Number was recommended named Marty Howard. He supposedly fixed everything for $400 and we needed a remote too. He said he'd mail me one no charge. It's been a month and no remote. He said he mailed one and blamed the postal service. He would mail another one. Still nothing. nothing bad on Sleep Number, but do NOT use Marty Howard to fix anything! I hate a liar.

We had the best experience at Sleep Number in Tuscaloosa. Tony was so funny which put us at ease while trying to find the perfect bed for us. He was very knowledgeable of the different products but not at all pushy to make a purchase. I will definitely be going back there and asking for Tony each time! Can’t wait for a new bed to come in!

Our experience at the Tuscaloosa Sleep Number store was very impressive. The sales professional knew each product very well and was able to answer every question we had. The personalized product demonstrations were enough to enable us to choose the bed that will hopefully meet our expectations. My only small complaint is that we will have to wait over 3 weeks to have our bed delivered. At this writing, the bed still has not been delivered. My fear is that there will be additional delays, even though the charge has already been processed through my credit card. If that happens, I will not hesitate to repost a slightly less than favorable review.
