Employees are rude. They laugh and bully customers by making fun of their appearance. I saw it happen yesterday 10/28/22 around 6 pm. A young lady came in and the two employees there were laughing at her and called her a witch and said she was "casting spells" She left with tears in her eyes. I put my things back and walk out right behind her. Smh a total disgrace

Store will not allow you to try on clothes and will not allow refunds (swap only). Lady working register was rude.

DONT SHOP HERE!! CREEPY MIDDLE AGED EMPLOYEE MAY APPROACH YOU IN AN IN APPROPRIATE WAY. Everyone that works there is around 18/19/20 but there's one middle aged man that is a compete creep. He asked a few 18 year olds after approaching them first if they wanna try on jeans and continued with, "I think they would look good on you." Now I understand that it's a place to sell clothes but you have to know your place as an employee sometimes. Don't make a comment as provocative as that when you are a middle aged man.
