I bought 3 jackets from her online store and there was a slight discoloration (and I do mean SLIGHT) and she called me to let me know and then sent me pics to be sure it's okay before sending it. She truly cares and always sends a coupon code or a small gift with her orders. I absolutely love her inventory and her shipments come within a few days. I highly recommend this store. “I’m updating my past 5 star review after the continued 5 star service I received yesterday.I went into Mountain High Outfitters yesterday afternoon to shop for some new pants. I was immediately greeted at the door and within a minute an associate came over to see if I needed any help. After picking out a pair of pants and trying them on Joe asked how they worked and if she could pull a different size, and then looked at company wide inventory to see what they had at different stores. Joe then showed me a similar pair of pants she thought I would like. I stopped to look at a sale rack that Joe pointed out, and by the time I got back to the dressing room Joe had pulled several different brands and styles of of pants in my size for me to try on. This was extremely helpful and AMAZING service. Ultimately, I ended up buying about 4 different pairs of pants and a pair of shoes while someone else in the store helped my wife pick out a pair of shoes. I highly recommend spending your money with a store like Mountain High Outfitters who cares about their customers and is knowledgeable about their product. Every employee in the store seemed happy to be there and happy that you were there to shop with them. I cant recommend them enough! Thank you for a great shopping experience Mountain High!”

“I am located in Jacksonville Florida and I found a pair of baby pink cowboy boots that I wanted to get for my daughters birthday. I’ll order them on Monday evening hoping they would be here before her birthday on Friday. This boutique is so awesome. They went out on Monday and were delivered to me on Wednesday. I was ecstatic.!! They are also some of the cutest boots I’ve ever seen, and my daughter loves them thank you leather and lace. We will be shopping with you again.!! Also, when I called the boutique, the young lady that helped me was so informative. This place is totally awesome.Five stars for sure!”

However like belk which takes return and offer you your money back, but got away from in style urban clothing.with that I bought a pair of camouflage pants that where skinny jeans,but suttle in style . City gear choice of clothing pops with color and style and is expensive. My waist is 36 pants were in relaxed section. No need to try own. Upon taking them back. I was offered a in store gift card or I could pick something else in store. My dilliema is if, I can not receive cash back. Why can, I not use the card in hibbett sports for more options. IAre your policies just a urban thing.”
