“I have been VERY satisfied with my customer service experience at Kicker Road Self Storage. The manager, I think his name is Bruce, was very responsive to our questions and concerns and seems to be a very honest person looking to help his customers.They recently expanded their climate controlled indoor storage and this worked out perfectly for my child who is a student at University of Alabama and needed storage for the summer.The place is clean, and they are very concerned with the security of your belongings. They have fences, keypad access and they have put up security cameras everywhere. They are very close to the UA campus so it was only about a 5 minute drive to move things back and forth. Pricing was very reasonable and they even prorated the move out month in August for the college students. Most places make you pay the whole month! Payment was easy and I was able to set up online service to automatically charge my monthly rental to my credit card.I highly recommend Kicker Road Self Storage. Thank you Bruce!”
“Plenty of rental unit companies around, but none as easy to work with as Metro. They’ve been in the business for a very long time and know how to treat their customers. Also my first call when I need a rental van, always new, clean, and maintained well. Always great rates on job site trailers. I Can’t say enough good words about these guys.

They gave me a storage unit that was locked and they said they couldn’t give me a new one and cancelled my reservation. Last minute and a waste of time. They will ask you to leave a review. Don’t because the moment you do something is going to happen and you can not get your unit.”

“Excellent! Would use again!My UA son and I used Blue Sky Storage - Hillcrest when we needed to store his stuff between apartment leases. While it's a little outside of Tuscaloosa, it's easy to get to and available early/late hours with a code to the gate. The facility was clean and safe and easy to navigate. The leasing agent was nice and helpful.(FYI, there are two Blue Sky facilities on Greensboro road. Both are nice).”
