Great deals if you can buy and not try. The sales crew had the doors locked and wouldn't let you even try on a jacket. I know people steal, but others still want to buy. Have staff check before trying on.

I always find things I need or want when shopping at Ross. Always my first go to for gift giving. Sometimes the check out line is ridiculously long though, especially during the holidays.

Customer service was awful. I handed the employer an item and she aggressively asked âwhere is the tagâ as if I worked there. She started to ring up the next customer before I removed my items off the register and if you know how the Tuscaloosa check out are is then youâd know that was rude. Her attitude all around was nasty and she was not polite at all.

There is a dark-haired lady who arranges things, she is extremely disrespectful and she insults me in English, thinking that I don't understand what she said. If you don't like to flirt with the costumers, look for another job. You come to buy, not to steal, and they are very racist if you give them back. The insult to the back is the racist Mandela to human resources, since if one comes to the store it is to buy, not to steal.

1 star because the employees always have terrible attitudes and when they put your items on the bags when you are paying; they like to throw your stuff hard inside the bags with no care for them. Never seen such levels of disrespect when purchasing items in a store like this. I always wanna p u n c h them in the face/neck after I'm done paying.

Ross needs to take the bars off their shopping carts. I am handicapped, I require a walker although I can walk with a rolling shopping cart, I can walk a short distance with a cane but no way can I hand carry anything at all. Would like to know if they have employees to help the handicap with purchases to their vehicle? I took a TJ Max cart into Ross, the employee stopped me and stated I could not use that cart in their store, I explained I couldn't carry my purchase, if I bought anything, to the car. Ross isn't sensitive or compassionate to handicap people! I won't shop Ross! I don't know of any other business that treats handicapped people that way.If you can't carry it, don't buy it!

This place really needs to be cleaned and organized. I can never find anything in this store. I hate this because I love to shop at Ross stores, but not this store.
