1 star because the employees always have terrible attitudes and when they put your items on the bags when you are paying; they like to throw your stuff hard inside the bags with no care for them. Never seen such levels of disrespect when purchasing items in a store like this. I always wanna p u n c h them in the face/neck after I'm done paying.

Ross needs to take the bars off their shopping carts. I am handicapped, I require a walker although I can walk with a rolling shopping cart, I can walk a short distance with a cane but no way can I hand carry anything at all. Would like to know if they have employees to help the handicap with purchases to their vehicle? I took a TJ Max cart into Ross, the employee stopped me and stated I could not use that cart in their store, I explained I couldn't carry my purchase, if I bought anything, to the car. Ross isn't sensitive or compassionate to handicap people! I won't shop Ross! I don't know of any other business that treats handicapped people that way.If you can't carry it, don't buy it!

Terrible experience. I planned on buying a piece of furniture and was sitting on the bench. A black sales associate came up and rudely asked what I was doing. I told her I was trying out the bench. A few moments later, an overhead announcement was made that “no lounging” was allowed on the furniture. I was embarrassed to be targeted, as my mother and I were the only ones sitting in the furniture area. A group of black female workers were pointing and snickering, as the announcement was made. I feel as though we were racially profiled. I ended up walking over to the rude group of black female workers and asked for a dolly and some help. The woman I asked didn’t even acknowledge me. She simply walked away. Another woman told me I could put the very large and heavy bench in a shopping cart. I told her there is no way it would fit in a shopping cart. She rolled her eyes and grabbed a small dolly. I think the workers could use some customer service and racial profile training. I will not be returning to the store and I will tell everyone I know to avoid the store because of the racist and inept workers.Also, the fire alarm kept chirping. And it has been for a long time! Fix the dang thing, already!

Awesome customer service.Frontline supervisor super walked away while customer was trying to explain dilemma with refund for purchase that they never received because computer froze. Customer was denied merchandise or refund although she paid.
