Called multiple times with different inquiries throughout my apartment hunting process, although I did not end up deciding to stay at Riverfront, it is a lovely place with many kind and helpful staff members and residents alike. More specifically, Alexis was very nice and helpful on multiple occasions when I called!

I absolutely LOVE these apartment buildings!! The best staff, they are all so friendly and helpful. Alexis Watson was nice and answered all my questions! 100% recommend Riverfront

My daughter lives at Riverfront. We haven't had any complaints with her living at this complex. The rooms/bathrooms are a perfect size for the college students. We also like the bus service that transports to campus for classes. That saves on gas and parking pass fees. We had an easy experience with the tour of the apartments and application process.Alexis in the office was very helpful and nice throughout the entire process.

Lived here for over a year now and haven’t had too many issues. In the office, Alexis always makes sure that residents are heard and taken care of.

My daughter has lived on this property for 2 years and I can say it’s not completely perfect but it’s one of the best college apartments in Tuscaloosa. We love the location and the friendly management.

I just signed for the 24-25 leasing year. The office was super helpful and answered any of my questions. The leasing associate Alexis really helped me walk through the entire process! I can't wait to move in.
