I conducted business with Vic Bonner and it was a very pleasant experience. I’m not one to have a personal relationship with my bank but after this experience I definitely look forward to transferring my other business account to Regions.

This specific Regions never counts my money right. I used to always go there to deposit my cash and checks and I kid you not they have only counted it right maybe once out of the many of times I’ve been. Every other regions in Tuscaloosa is perfectly fine though.

Froze all my account and starting closing them without giving me notice. Wasn't able to access any of my funds for 4+ days. Go open an account somewhere else. This isn't worth your time...

I opened my account with Regions right before Christmas. My dad, who live in NC, wrote me a check. Since the bank closed at 4pm I wasn't able to make it to the bank and decided to try mobile deposit. It was easy and the money was in my account within 48 hours. This past Friday I had over $600 in my account. I went to use my card and it was declined and my account was locked. I spent a total over 1.5 hours on the phone with Regions to finally be told I needed to go to a branch for them to unlock it. I went only to be inform that my account was locked because the had not verified the check with my dad's bank. I was never contacted by Regions to be informed of any issue. I talked with my father and his bank told him that the checked cleared many days before and the money was taken out of his account. Regions to me that they could not unlock my account but it would be fixed Monday morning. Which left me with NO MONEY for the weekend, which happen to be my child's birthday. I couldn't access my money at all. The Thursday night before all this happened I deposited another check that a friend wrote me so I could go and pay ticket for them because their work schedule did not allow them to go during office hours. So today when my account was to be unlocked and all my money be available, I was shocked that it was still locked. I went back to the Regions branch to now be told that my dad's check was finally verified late Friday but now the check I deposited the Thursday before w, as the issue. Because I did a mobile deposit my account is locked and I am not allowed to access ANY of MY money until the coming Monday. The person who wrote me the check verified and sent proof that the money had been removed from their account. I have two children and no other bank account or way to get money. I have NO gas money, NO grocery money, I can't not return the money back to my friend so someone else can pay the ticket for them. They will now be charged a large fee and will have other issues because of it not being paid until who knows when, I can't pay my car insurance or anything. I have no other bank account, I have no credit cards, I have no one to ask to borrow money. And all Regions can tell me is I just have to wait til Monday, til Monday a week from now. I cannot even take my children to school because I can not access the money that is in my account. My friend is now paying more and being penalized because the money the bank took out of his account for the check he wrote I cannot get out to even return it to them until Monday. No one told me that I should not use the mobile deposit, I was actually encouraged to try it. No one told me that my account was even frozen or that there was an issue. No one warned me. So please Regions Bank tell please how was I never warned my mobile deposit would be a issue, why I cannot use the money that was previously in my account, why a check that was wrote to me had cleared the others person account yet not in mine, please tell me how to get my children food, milk, lunch money, how to get them to school without being able to get gas, how to pay my car insurance, please explain to my children why they will be out of milk in the morning yet cannot have any more til Monday and why they will miss school and not have lunch money after tomorrow if I can't find someone to help. I already that to tell my 8 year old daughter who's birthday was yesterday that we had to wait to get her a cake or have any over to celebrate because our money is being held from us. All because I TRUSTED Regions as my bank. Looks like I shouldn't have. I did everything I was told to do or recommend to try. I was reassured and promised Friday that the deposit from Thursday night would any in way would be a issue. And I would be able to use my money this Monday. And now all Regions has to say is " I am sorry. I wish there was more I could do. This is just the process sometimes. On Monday your account will be unlocked and your funds will be avail

I walked straight to the counter because there was no one in there. So the teller I walked up to was named Jessica Ward, I smiled and asked her how was she doing and I got no reply. They are usually very friendly at the bank. So I asked her was she open because I just needed to make a deposit. Then she tells me that she was busy and I was suppose to wait to be called . I understand if there was a line but it was not, I have never got treated like that at any bank I have an account with. She really made me want to close my account if I have to deal with that just to make a deposit. On the other hand Lindsey Hutson made my transaction smooth , easy and friendly like it should have been. THUMBS UP TO LINDSEY ðŸ‘ðŸ¾ðŸ˜
