Don’t live here especially if you are a disciplined college student and don’t party a lot! They do horrible roommate matching and ask you several questions when you apply and when they do roommate matching they completely disregard all of it! On top of that their roommate matching is very discriminatory based! I prefer diversity when room mating and because of their discriminatory based room mate matching I had no type of diversity with my roommates. I feel that we should be able to sue for things like that! If your name seems black they will only put you with black people and if your name seems white they will only put you with white people and that is considered discrimination! I asked for roommates that would be quiet and disciplined and they put me with the complete opposite! Do not live here!

Do not live here. The apartments are in disgusting condition, and staff will not do anything to help. My family and I had to pay extra for a professional cleaner before move in, because Redpoint refused to assist us. Door locks will sometimes not unlock, even if you have a key. This is very inconvenient if you’re a student on a tight schedule and do not have time to wait on maintenance just to enter your room. Do not waste time or money towards this place. You can do better.

I’m so happy to finally be moving out of this place. DO NOT let your college students move here. Upon moving in, there was multitudes of roaches in the rooms that my roomates and I found. We contacted the staff multiple times ( i realize that some of the staff is just college students trying to just get by, so this is no offense to them), however, when we contacted them about the roach infestations, they did absolutely NOTHING about it so we had to pay for the removal of the pests ourselves.nothing in the apartment was cleaned before moving in, and half of the appliances were falling apart ( the top of the microwave quite literally fell on our heads and we had to fix it the first week moving in). the tubs were peeling and disgusting.some of the cabinets didn’t even have handles or they only had one screw in the handles. the locks don’t work on any of the doors. there was paint splatters everywhere from sloppy paint jobs. they said for months they were going to power wash the outside of the building, yet they never did. there was multiple break-ins, a death, and much more.they are extremely behind on utilities and randomly bill for whatever they need. extremely money-hungry and will find any reason to charge you (please take pictures of everything so they can’t take advantage of you). on top of all of this- about halfway through the year, our ceiling began to cave in and had water pouring through the ceiling. took hours to get someone to come look at it- and then took maintenance almost 3 months to even come and fix it. i’m including pictures of everything. highly do not recommend this place to ANYONE. i understand it is a pretty cheap place to live and is a good distance from the school- but you do not want to live in these conditions. and before the owner responds saying he “didn’t see any maintenance requests”- we have picture proof of multiple requests made, and the emails we sent because the maintenance requests are NEVER answered or answered MONTHS later. this place needs serious renovations and inspections done- and new management.

Jennifer is a despicable person. Very surprised she hasn't been fired yet, she absolutely cannot manage a team let alone an entire apartment complex and is extremely unprofessional. As soon as you move in, the entire space is absolutely filthy and disgusting. Literal biohazards, like human feces, used condoms, blood, urine, anything else you can think of can and will be found upon moving in. Broken door locks, water damage, broken glass, roaches and other bugs, exposed nails, and ripped up carpets will also greet you. The "maintenance" people don't do anything at all-- how are you getting paid for ignoring hazardous issues? Do they pay their "maintenance" team to sit around all day? Multiple car break-ins, vandalism, disrespectful staff, awful management, and atrociously filthy living conditions are what you'll find at this dump.

I stayed at Redpoint for 2 years. For starters, on move in day someone stole my U-Haul truck which isn’t their fault but if they had cameras around the neighborhood that could’ve helped. When I moved into the apt there was paint everywhere on the floor from their half done paint job and there was dead roaches in my room as if it hadn’t been cleaned. Second year my living room ceiling had water damage from the apt above and they came and fixed it but had my roommate and I living in the apt still while they were fixing it so we were breathing in all kinds of dusts and fumes for like a week and a half. My fire alarms started leaking and randomly going off and they came and took the fire alarms off the walls so for about 2 months I didn’t even have at least 3 fire alarms in my apt which I’m sure isnt safe. There’s a roach infestation that they literally told people they wouldn’t do anything about. Someone got unalived in the neighborhood and they have a specific clause in the lease that you can’t break your lease because of that which I find extremely shady. The gates haven’t worked just about the entire 2 years I stayed there. They are ridiculously behind on the utility bills so as I’m currently moved out I’ll probably still be paying utility bills for months. Overall, please don’t stay here. They are so money hungry and clearly have no regard for their residents’ safety and the management (Jennifer) is rude and acts like helping the residents is a hassle and not her job.

Worst housing experience and staff ever! No one ever knows anything, lies constantly, and the manager is ALWAYS unavailable for calls & don't return them. Maintenance close work orders they don't address. Units overpriced for the condition they're in & facility doesn't comply to any of the multiple high standards they advertise. Complete slum lords and the entire staff is Totally unprofessional and incompetent.

Redpoint has been an incredibly disappointing place to live. I have lived there for two years and have the following complaints of the apartment facility. They have constant infestations of cockroaches and ants. The utilities rates imposed by Redpoint are absolutely unacceptable. The room I lived in with two other roommates had a utilities fee of over 600 dollars per month. Their practices are shady at best and I question if they have any auditing in protocols in place. There have also been potential dangerous situations occurring on their grounds and the gates are non-functional. Take your hard earned money and go to explore a different apartment to live at. Management is incompetent and it shows. The Crimson or Lark provide much better living situations without the shady management.

I have had horrible experiences while staying in Redpoint. The gates do not work, and I have been told they will not be fixed. I have been told since I am a student, I do not have any rights here, and they can enter your apartment at any time without notice. When stated in the lease, they have to give you a notice. People from outside neighborhoods come and use the pool; nothing is done about it. That includes loud and inappropriate music and illegal drugs being done. Jennifer, the manager, acts clueless and incompetent.

My experience moving my daughter in was the worst. Communication cuts off once you have signed the lease. Before you move in, they show you an apartment with everything clean and maintained. The apartment we moved into has water damage over the windows in the bedroom; a hole was put in the ceiling in the living area to let water drain out of the ceiling from a leak. The hole is still there; they didn’t even bother to patch it. They put carpenter mud all over the bedroom window to fix it. The kitchen cabinet doors haven't been painted in forever. Lights are missing globes; some don’t work, and the garbage disposal makes loud noises. The front of the apartment or porch has not been pressure washed. Ants are marching in the back door. Part of the molding on the back door has rotted, and they didn’t replace it. The furnace/air-conditioning unit has not been serviced, nor have the vents been cleaned throughout. The tenant already had a pet, and they said she didn't. The tenant was not asked to clean the common areas before moving in. We had to clean and throw away trash and spoiled food. It wasn't a good first impression. When I told the manager, he went and checked and said it was my perception that the place wasn't clean. If I could get out of my contract, I guess because their main clients are college students, they don’t have to fix anything. Don’t get me wrong, I understand the concept of submitting maintenance orders, but some of that stuff has been there for a while.

Redpoint leaves every apartment filthy. The floors stained with such thick dirt it turns your feet black. Paint stains all over the floor and walls. Bathrooms are filthy, hair caught in the paint job on the walls/baseboards. Toilet was left clogged. Carpet in my bedroom was filthy and had BB pellets embedded in the floor. Everything was dusty. Hallway floors were stained with thick dirt turning our feet black as well as the entire downstairs. Laundry room was filthy. Looked like no one had ever cleaned under there. Redpoint will charge you random fees multiple times a month making your rent not what they agreed on it to be. When we moved in we were missing one screen to our window, carpet messed up in certain places, porches are stained, floors across the whole apartment are disgusting.

I have lived in a 4 bedroom townhouse and I am currently in a 2 bedroom + 2 1/5 bath townhouse and they are very spacious, homey units. The rates are exceptionally reasonable considering that I am a student that is responsible for their own rent, along with all that is offered and/or available to the residents. The facilities are by far some of the nicest that I've been to in regards to off-campus student housing. The Clubhouse is ALWAYS having some sort of community activity that are actually enjoyable. It also never hurts when the Clubhouse randomly gives out free food or tickets to Hangout Fest!! (i won two tickets to Hangout Fest of 2022 when I went in to pay rent!!! THANKS RP!! <3)

Great place to live, but the rate is on the higher side. Conveniently located.
