Great guys and true to their word. They are priced much better than competitors and are very easy to return stuff to if it does not work. I highly recommend them. Shop local and you will be taken care of.

This was the worst experience I have ever received from store delivery. The sales person gave his word that the delivery men would leave old couch in dumpster or at curb. Since tie young delivery man was tired it seemed , he refused after his boss told him to do. After calling the store, the manager was not at all delivering on his word. This is a worst practices to use on customers. I will never shop with Presley Furniture in the future. You don’t get honest keep your word customer service. They are awful. Don’t shop there !!!!! Zero stars

Visited multiple times before finally making a choice, but ultimately the associates seemed nice during each visit and provided service with a smile each time as well. It truly seemed like a family owned old school business with furniture to reflect a modern eye.

These are HONEST, ETHICAL businessmen. I personally know of an opportunity they had to take advantage of an elderly couple and they intervened to prevent it from happening. Good furniture at reasonable, accessible prices. Please do your part to keep businesses like theirs going. Presley’s is a Tuscaloosa jewel.

I bought a chair and a dresser here and love them both! The staff is very helpful but let's you look around and shop without hovering over you which I love. They also have movers that are able to load up your furniture in your vehicle for you. The prices are fantastic for quality and I will be going back when I need something else. 10/10!
