Called to see if they could fix the bumper on my 2020 Corolla from popping out. I’m not sure who I talked to on the phone but he welcomed me in, asked to see my keys, and within 5 minutes as I sat in the office, he had my car back to me for no charge. I will be back to them when I need the rest of my bodywork done, other body shops in the area wanted to replace my bumper and this guy fixed it for free.

I DO NOT reccomend this shop! I called before we went for estimelate. Call went fine; however, once there they refused to give an estimate. When I questioned why the owner was rude, crude, and socially unacceptable. I was trying to get an estimate, and because the vehicle is older, they "can't write an estimate" for it. He refused to help and was just hateful!!! I will never take a vehicle to this shop again!
Note: Only gave 1 star, because 0 stars is not an option.

I was very pleased with the repair job on my 2022 Toyota 4 Runner. If needed, I would not hesitate to use them again.

I hit a coyote on the interstate and it wrecked the front passenger side of my car. I used pops shop because progressive recommended them and I had no issues. They worked fairly quickly (around 2 weeks and they had to replace most of what was under the hood on the passenger side and do some body work). They accommodated my boyfriend coming to look at the car before I picked it up and the owner even looked into something himself that my boyfriend was concerned about. All the front desk girls were great and answered questions I had. I was nervous leaving my car with them due to some other reviews but I’d gladly use them again and recommend them to someone else!!

ZERO STARSMy daughter went to take her car to this place after submitting photos to progressive insurance for an accident that she had . they fixed the car and when we got the car home there was a big scratch and dent on the right passenger door. That was not there before. she called the company they said they would pull the photo records from progressive .we called back. They said they looked at the photos and the dent was there in the previous photo which he’s completely lying. Then the owner in his little whiney voice said I ain’t fixing nothin .Your daughter can call a Damn attorney and hung up on us.

Took my daughters car to get fixed after she got a wreck submitted all the photos to progressive pops fixed the car when we got the car home there was a brand new dent on the passengers, driver side and a huge scratch call Pops they said what is pull the record from progressive call Pops back they said we got the records and the dent was already there? The owner of pops not sure of his is name is completely lying ..I'm looking at the exact same picture. I said we're gonna call an attorney if we don't get this fixed I don't give a damn I ain't fixing it and your daughter can call an attorney if she wants CLICK.

Less than one star if possible. The work looked fine but after the first time it rained the windshield leaked on my drivers seat. When I took it back to show them I was told it was highly unlikely that it was leaking on the drivers seat. When I first went to pick my car up on a Friday afternoon I was told that ( with a laugh on his face) that I couldn’t possibly pick it up and I could just go back to car rental place to get another car on a Friday afternoon. I am an older handicapped person and they were rude to me during whole process. When picking up my car for the second time my sister was leaving and one of their employees backed up and hit my sister as she walked across parking lot. She was ok with some cuts and bruises but when she got upset the owner told her she was rude to his employee and he didn’t tolerate that she asked him that he could dish it out but couldn’t take it he told her she had 5 seconds to get off his property before he called the police on her. In short NEVER take your car to them they treat their customers like dirt unless you are one of their good ol boys.Services: Painting

So we took my sons 4 Runner to Pops Shop because Progressive uses them and the lady that hit my sons truck used Progressive. My wife paid the bill over the phone. When we checked our account we found that Pops charged us $258.00 more than the invoice. When my wife called she was told “sweetly that is the cost of doing business”. If you pay with a debit card they charge a processing fee. So you pay $258.00 extra to pay your bill. We are working with Progressive to get our money back but be aware that this is how they do business.Services: Painting

The bookkeep as well as the owner are rude, arrogant and dishonest. They absolutely do not care about the people they service, only the insurance companies that they get most of their money from. They are not fourth coming with information and they will not in any way apologize for their misinformation or miscommunication at all.Services: Painting

I’m not sure how good the work product is but the customer service is poor. I have a 2009 F150 that has a great deal of sentiment value. The body probably needs more than $15k in body work, which we budgeted for the project. To gauge the reasonableness of their cost I ask for a quote for just the rocker panels. Instead of giving me a quote, I was dismissively told that I should by a new truck instead of repairing this one. I asked for a quote, not an opinion. They apparently they have so much business they don’t need mine.Services: Painting
