All the drivers from drop off and pick up in Santa Fe New Mexico to drop off and finial pick up in Northport Alabama were all great and professional.

This was by far the worst experience I believe I've ever had with any business. What's quoted is not what you pay. After getting 2 pods I asked for the 1st one to be picked up that was full and instead they picked up both, one which was only half full. When they were confronted about the mistake it was said they'd redeliver HOWEVER at a charge to me BOTH WAYS! Every 3 weeks I was being charged nearly 300 dollars and never got a clear understanding of why. On top of that, the containers were the same size at same address and charges were always different. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! I chose them for the convenience of being able to move when I could considering the long hours I work. Never again

I have always had a good experience with Pods. I appreciate what you guys do for us and especially thankful for Larry the driver who just picked up my pod he did a great job.
