All the employees are pretty blah.. rarely speak. There’s at least 1 light bulb out in every tanning room. It’s been like that for months.

Friendly staff. Always greeted when coming in, very clean and everything organized like it should be. Kolton Boyd is truly the best. Kolton goes above and beyond for his members. Always willing to help and exceeds my expectations every time. Kolton understands my goals, when I leave I feel like I’ve accomplished everything. Best personal trainer I’ve ever seen at PF.

Men's restroom and locker area exceptionally small ..then the audacity to store your floor cleaner in here ....not one sink has hot water... Toilets not clean....

Going at night is nice, they have all the equipment I need, it is a bit crowded during the day but I haven't had any issues with people.

This company is money hungry and deceitful. I went in person and was adamant on cancelling my account. I have a home gym, and made it very clear I did not want to be charged anymore. I was told instead to freeze my account. NEVER was I told this freeze would one day unfreeze and I would continue being charged. They should’ve just cancelled it like I asked them to do in the first place. Claimed I signed a document agreeing to those terms, I never signed anything when I was trying to cancel. Now I’m being told there’s “no way to get my money back” when I know that isn’t true. It’s ridiculous. They know what they are doing when they do this. It is bad business and I see several others have to deal with the same. This is on PF, not me. I will not be recommending planet fitness to anyone from here on out.
