The staff insisted that I (had) use self checkout. This is incorrect, as less than 24hs ago I bought water without using the self checkout. Then again pilot has always been on the bottom of the barrel. Save yourself some headaches and go up the road to Truck Stops of America.

Hardly any truck parking so you can only imagine how overly crowded and ridiculous the parking be. Showers were a decent size.

Someone fraudulently used my credit card information! I stopped for gasoline on 11/22/17 @ 4:53PM - charged $27.50. I received notification today that a $151.00 charge was made to my card at 5:48PM on the same date! WOW!
