The place is ok but trying to get parking late on the day is tough, it has a lot of local day cab drivers parking there and bunches of drop trailers!!! App said it had parking available but they were all full!! The reservation parking is getting out of control at all pilots nobody wants to pay they just park and go home. People park anywhere, please redo the lines for the spaces as idiot drivers have no idea how to park!’

Plenty car/truck parking. 71 spaces, 13 reserved (get yours online) 2 truck handicap spaces. Store is clean with a Subway. Staff is wonderful! Janet is helpful and knowledgeable about the great things coming to location. Justin, perfect and pretty salad. Showers, washers and dryers. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!"

First time I ever felt like reviewing a truck stop. Fuel pump is a fuel pump, although tap reader is a plus. But I have never been so welcomed by staff at a fuel station. Kudos to all the friendly cheerful workers. Sure added to our energy level on a long road trip. Thanks!

I was ringing up my ice in the self checkout when the short slightly overweight cashier who looked about 55-60 years old named Randy starts to ask me how I am doing, while I am looking at my receipt trying to remember something, so I guess I didn’t acknowledge him fast enough so half way through his sentence he raised his voice in a loud obnoxious power hungry way, trying to embarrass me, and make me uncomfortable. I said I’m good how are you and started to walk to the shower , while he starts mumbling to the other cashier in a hateful way like he is talking nasty about me, while he is staring at my behind. Then as I am leaving, he again is staring at my behind as I’m walking out the door. I let him know he is very rude and disrespectful. By the way, I am a customer, it is my decision if I want to respond to your greeting. I was busy thinking about something else, minding my own business. He did not need to try to put on a show to embarrass me in a store full of people. You are a cashier, not a cop or any type of person in power. I am a paying customer who deserves respect.

Not sure if I have ever stopped at this Pilot. Was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by several people at 0600 hrs.
Shower clean with great pressure.

I would like to thank the Pilot staff for the cleanest showers, everything is beautifully laid out in the sales area, friendly staff! I consider this stop truck to be the top 5 in America!!! I recommend it to everyone ???

Superb customer service!!! Tommy was/is the definition of what customer service should be and feel like. Though self checkout machines are present, I was still greeted warmly, as if I was a human and mattered.
Typically, when an establishment has those machines installed, the reps are less engaging with customers. However, this was NOT the case here!

Access to is easy in and out. BUT let me tell u of the ladies bathroom...how about the attendents splashing a little more disinfectant in the mop bucket and a THOROUGH cleaning of the toilet bowls. It smells like someone peed all over the floor and walls in the stalls. Eeew!

Please try this Pilot shower. The shower room is small, but the service is completely different from any other Pilot or Flying J. The shower here has two large towels and bottled water. The truck parking lot is small. But if you are a lucky driver, please park at this Pilot. And I want you to try the shower at this Pilot.

I felt very uncomfortable when I ordered a sandwich here from Subway. The people working here are so nasty, they talk loud and they don’t sanitize the place. They also Discriminate too because the way they talked to me was different vs talking to others and I was very polite. I don’t understand some people!…..
