I went in to get breaks for my vehicle and the gave me the wrong ones so I went back and they gave me the wrong ones again. This has happened a couple times with parts I have gotten. They don’t seem to pay attention when I ask for a part.

The store wouldn't honor the battery warranty stating that the battery I brought in was not the same battery they rang up even though they acknowledge there was a battery purchased there. I think they do that intentionally so they can refuse battery warranties. Ring up a different battery and give you another.

I have previously visit this Tuscaloosa location during non-emergencies and emergencies. The employees have always been very knowledgable and helpful. I genuinely do not believe that I have ever been to an auto parts store that was so customer-service oriented. Today, I came into the store in need of "Fix a Flat." After helping me find my originally-intended item, this particular team member listened to my current issues, and he advised me of a possibly better solution. This resulted in his assistance in plugging my tire's puncture hold, and I was on my way! Saved me money, too! He was very helpful and willing to help me in the cold! Special shoutout to him!

O'Reilly's has very friendly staff. I called to make sure they had my part. They told me what time I could pick it up. When I walked into the store, it was an easy in and out. They had the part ready for me within a matter of minutes. Great place to shop. They also have the price match guarantee.

Wont shop here again been a customer here for years. Went in to buy brakes for my jeep, while they were getting my parts i had to use the restroom the man stated i could not use the restroom there. I went to auto zone up the road and got my parts cheaper and they let me use the restroom. Orileys you forget us customers are what give you a job and without us buying your parts and spending our money there you wont have a job to go to.

I called about getting my brake rotors turned here and they said they did it, brought them the same day and they said they didn’t have anyone who could do it and said the guy would be working tomorrow 7-3 so I get there the next day in the morning and the woman said no one working can do it and doesn’t know when some one who can do it will be working. So they made me drive out there twice for nothing, also the 15th st location said their machine was down twice so they can’t do it. The guys at the northport location were super helpful and got it done. Don’t waste your time going to this location, unhelpful and y knowledgeable.

Today, I witnessed customer service at its worse. Not from a new hire, nor a "regular" employee, but the MANAGER. A customer came in asking for a basic jack. The manager replied, "What you see is what you get." The customer replied, "I know that you may not have one now, but can you order one?" The MANAGER again replied, "What you see is what you get." The customer replied that there is no need for the attitude. If I punched you, you would think that I'm wrong. Mr. Manager's attitude did not change. It got worse as the employees and other paying customers witnessed the arrogance of this subpar individual. As the Vice President of a bank, I cringe every time I see below average service from a member of management. If you don't want to help people, get out of customer service!!!!! If this had been my employee, IMMEDIATE TERMINATION!!! Additional training is definitely needed. I will never visit O'Reilly's again!
