Purchased fitted caps, and they shipped quickly. They were the only place online to find an Alabama cap. Everyone else was sold out online. I returned one cap, I ordered the wrong size. Reached out to the store, they were very responsive and processed my refund quickly. I recommend this store, thank you!

Absolutely great services! Great communication as well. They accidently shipped out the wrong size jacket but quickly notified me of the situation & corrected the mistake by returning the initial order before it reached me and immediately shipped out the correct size! I was blessed to even have found this item on their website. Even Akoo was sold out of it... On Time Fashions was truly On Time for me! Thanks, I'll be doing future business for sure!

This clothing brand is phenomenal. I purchased an outfit in-store for my daughter. And had to have one shipped to my house for me! Not only is it amazing in quality; the company also went out their way to make sure that I received it on time to wear in Las Vegas For My Birthday Week!!! Thank you very much.

Excellent customer services & speedy shipping: I ordered pants that were part of a suit and really hard to find. The few places that carried just the pants would take 2+ weeks for shipping so I placed the order here even though I had never heard of the store before. I quickly received notice that the pants were shipping but then noticed that I had made a mistake on the size so I called the store and they immediately fixed the problem without delaying the order. They were great to work with and I really appreciated being able to talk to someone on the phone. I highly recommend On Time Fashions.
