Store hours seem questionable. I left work early to pick up my online order, I arrived at 6:25 PM and they were already closed. Posted hours say open until 7 PM.

This store has almost everything! It's my "go-to" parts store in Tuscaloosa.

Napa is a good part store but some what over priced. The ordering online is poor it takes all day to get your order picked up unlike most part stores orders are ready within the hour. I order something from napa at 8:30am my order not ready until 4pm. They need to reevaluate their online process to better serve the customer and have a quicker time for orders to be picked up. People dont have all day to work on vehicles that only take 1hr but turn into 6hrs cuz of the long wait time on napa ordering parts.

Helpful employees, discounts for AAA members, discounts for University of Alabama students, and if they don't have something in stock, they will order it for you, sometimes they can get it the same day.
