I’m updating my past 5 star review after the continued 5 star service I received yesterday.I went into Mountain High Outfitters yesterday afternoon to shop for some new pants. I was immediately greeted at the door and within a minute an associate came over to see if I needed any help. After picking out a pair of pants and trying them on Joe asked how they worked and if she could pull a different size, and then looked at company wide inventory to see what they had at different stores. Joe then showed me a similar pair of pants she thought I would like. I stopped to look at a sale rack that Joe pointed out, and by the time I got back to the dressing room Joe had pulled several different brands and styles of of pants in my size for me to try on. This was extremely helpful and AMAZING service. Ultimately, I ended up buying about 4 different pairs of pants and a pair of shoes while someone else in the store helped my wife pick out a pair of shoes. I highly recommend spending your money with a store like Mountain High Outfitters who cares about their customers and is knowledgeable about their product. Every employee in the store seemed happy to be there and happy that you were there to shop with them. I cant recommend them enough! Thank you for a great shopping experience Mountain High!

Had the best experience here! I was happily greeted by a young man at the door immediately upon entering, and genuinely thanked on my way out. He offered help with finding what I was looking for right away, and told me to just ask if needed anything or had any questions. When I was ready, two very nice ladies assisted me in the shoe department (I know one was named Leigh, and they were both superrrr helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.) They listened intently to what I was looking for in a shoe and even asked further questions to make sure I got the right shoe for what I needed. It didn’t feel pressured or salesy, just genuinely helpful. They were happy to help no matter how many shoes I asked to try.The 2 gentlemen at checkout were soo fun and gave excellent customer service (Landon was one of them, I didn’t catch the other gentleman’s name but he was great.) They even demoed a product for me, that I ended up buying as a gift (he loved it!) You can tell the employees like their jobs.The store is well stocked and very clean and organized. If you’re a camper, hiker, trainer, or even just into the outdoorsy vibe (or fashion vibe, they have cute clothes and gifts) definitely check them out. Shoe selection and size availability was great. They have all kinds of shoes…. sneakers for trail running, hiking, training, comfort and fashion. Excellent place to buy a gift, or get ready for your next hike/camp. Competitive prices, excellent customer service, comfortable environment. Tuscaloosa is lucky to have a place like this. Will definitely be back and recommend to others!

Best place to get it all. Customer service is the absolute best, and they go above and beyond to help find exactly what you are looking for. I seen their advertisement on a billboard and knew I had to check them out. So glad I did. Go check them out for some amazing deals and friendly service.

We shopped at this MHO last night and had the best experience. We were tired from a full day of Christmas shopping, and it was so refreshing to have such a kind and accommodating staff. Nick was especially helpful with different sizes and styles of shoes. And we found the boots we had been looking for!! Would definitely recommend.

I hate shopping. However I had to go in person to MHO to look at some shoes and it was the best experience I could have had. Robert was extremely helpful! Literally made my entire visit super easy, painless, and quick. There was another woman (I believe her name was Kelly- I could be wrong) & she was super nice! The only thing I would have liked better was for one of the pairs on shoes I wanted to be in stock. :)I truly hope everyone else has the same experience I had.

Had a great experience in Mountain High Outfitters in Tuscaloosa. Was looking for hiking boots and the big box stores had a limited selection of basic options. Mountain High had a much better selection of brands. While they didn’t have my size in stock, they were able to have it sent from another store for me to try. I am just in town visiting, so it is awesome that they could make this accommodation. They also made a suggestion on pants that I ended up purchasing. Excellent store with quality gear and a fantastic and super helpful staff! I highly recommend this store!
