“I came to this location a few weeks ago. I had spent the day trying to establish a business account. All the other companies could not service my office address or did not have a staff member able to assist with business accounts. It was very frustrating. When I called this T-Mobile location, I spoke with Daniel. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. Alexis in the store helped establish business internet for me and made the process super easy to setup and understand. I am extremely happy with the service and thankful for the staff. Definitely recommend T-Mobile and this location in particular.”

426 15th St, Tuscaloosa“Tuscaloosa wireless is the best place to get your phone fixed. I broke my iPhone 10 and they were able to fix the screen on my phone within an hour. They were also so generous that they took the extra step to put a screen saver on my phone because they I told them how I drop my phone a lot. They gave me a discount on a really good case and they called me a few days later and checked on me to see how my phone was and that it was still working. They also fix the charging ports and sell batteries so if you have any issue I highly recommend coming here to get it fix!!”

Sadie was very polite and easy to talk to she got it switched over and went to review the new price and it was way to high. “Our daughter is away at college and her phone died, and she needed a new one Right away. We are out of state and not able to help her. We called Customer service and had her added to our account so she could go into the store to get a new phone. This was very stressful for us and our daughter. An amazing employee Chandler helped our daughter and talked on the phone to us to help us find the best phone for her.. He was so polite to us and helped our daughter get everything solved and her new phone up and running within about an hour. We were very impressed by his kind Customer service he showed us. Returned it well before the 30 days and was still charged by Verizon even though they said the records showed I returned in time. I paid the extortion fee of 40 dollars just because I got sick of the horrible customer service. Beware if you try the wireless and they tell you the same thing they told me and the commercials. Just made me happy I stuck with my current provider - I changed my rating for the store the staff did nothing wrong. Verizon Corporate took my money they made the commercials they saw in their records I turned it in on time yet I had to pay. Your staff did their job correctly.”
