I’m not usually one to post things like this but I can’t say enough good things about Pitts automotive in Tuscaloosa! I was eating at Waffle House today when an older couple walked in. The only seating option was high top so my boyfriend and I offered them our booth. We didn’t think anything else of it about 20 minutes later a young man from Pitts auto comes over and says he really appreciated our kindness and hands us a card for a complimentary oil change.

I have used Pitts Automotive for several years now. I began using them for service on my older model Volvo and for my kid's Volkswagen Jetta. I find Chad and Maggie to be honest, trustworthy, and friendly. I trust their service and highly recommend their shop for all your car's needs.
