This is the last time I will go to any metro dealer I went there twice presented them with my phone port information they did not tell me.i had to pay first before even checking the port process I was told the iPhone was free online when switching no it's 249 and same for most phones the second time I went through guy was not very nice and laughed at me as I left I sat in my car crying and could see him still laughing some people can't afford these ridiculous over priced budget phones I won't even do business with them period go way to lose customer honestly ? This probably won't matter to them they will try to justify their behavior by saying they informed me and they didn't

DJ, kelton and each of the other staff that were in the store on this particular day were absolutely amazing to me. I'm not very tech savvy and I'm an older person and they took their time to explain everything to me they did not try to just upsell or anything like that they did everything necessary to help me resolve every issue I had. Honestly I will not go to another Metro location other than this one because I really enjoyed the personal relationship that they took the time to established with me. I felt like I was part of the family and I had made some very good friends by the time I left there I could not be more appreciative to all of you each and every one of you were wonderful.
