We got my son a phone from here on 10/21/22 here it is 11/07/22 his mess up we took the phone back on 10/25/22 new phone was supposed to be at store on the 10/28/22 and here we are still with no new phone after be sold a messed up phone I called the ladies at the time after time still can't get anything done I called customer service and still nothing they gave me a number to plus one and I so tried of it not getting fix and being hung up on this store I would not recommend to anyone they are very rude and don't want to help or give any info on what you are needing

5/7/22Just left that place after wasting almost 2 hrs trying to get my new ipad activated. Most time wasted on customer service line & woman telling her (woman in pic taken today) that I was suppose to get a free SIM card with a new device with the promotion. I would have purchased it & requested a rebate later but she said I HAD to get a new phone number, I knew that part did not sound right to me.I was told wrong information by employee.In the pic. She told me I had to purchase a SIM card from them & I had to change my new number that I just got today via online chat @ metro pcs.Went to Skyland Metro PCS was in & out probably less than 2 minutes with my mobile service on my ipad.Thought I was gonna save time by going to the closet place.

Initially I left a very bad review, however since that time the owner of the store has rectified the situation. Josiah (the owner) & Rosi (the store rep.) went above and beyond to make my experience with Metro PCS and their store a fantastic one. They really did take care of me and were very professional. I really appreciate them making a bad situation way better than it was... Great job guys! I highly recommend this store, be sure to ask for Rosi... she's a pro!

The girls in this store are so rude they do not want to help you they just kindly silver slide whatever you want to call it over to you and ask you what do you need they don't tell you about any specials they have I will never go back in there again I brought my sister up here to get her a phone she's stayed in there 45 minutes trying to get someone to help her and to get her phone I do not recommend anyone to go in the store they need some new employees I didn't even want to give them one star

Terrible service the 2 young ladies working the day i was there were very rude. I added 2 lines and wanted to add 3 but no can do . Told me to come back after a few days , went back then they tried to say they didn't say that . Just saying if the public upsets you find different job . Will not use that store anymore .

Horrible customer service J. Burns is on my receipt. They tell you one thing on the phone and then another when you get to the store. They called the police on me and my husband because we was loud talking and calling them lier's to their faces trying to act like they felt threatened. The owner of the company like the service these these 2 workers are given cause they hadden gotten ridden of them due to this happening to other customers as the online customer service representative on the phone said. Long story short we banned from that location all because they said they couldn't give us what we want and that it would cost extra. Called customer service and they did it for free. These girls trying to make this place a money pit.
