Staci, went ABOVE and BEYOND, to try and find me brackets for my bed. However, unfortunately, she was unable to get the exact bracket I needed for my bed. I received the BEST customer service from her, and we weren’t even face to face!! Thank you Staci !!!

I went to the store to swap out my mattress and Stacy was a huge help! I got a great price and my mattress will be delivered in four days. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm.
