The Employees are usually pleasant & nice, However, the Quality of the upkeep & cleanliness of the Station & it's Amenities have been Greatly Neglected & Zero Care or Concern Applied.The Windshield Washer Wands have been Bone-Dry for weeks & now the drink machine is Out-of-Order

Lady at the register only wanted to give change to select customers and was ver rude. I think she was upset that she had to get up from the chair she was sitting In as I asked for cigarettes.

I have used this Mapco at least once a week for years. I don’t know if they changed management or what, but I will never be back. Whom ever was the cashier 1/10 at 8am was the WORSE customer service I have ever experienced! I will take my business across the street now

I just left this store on 69 South in Tuscaloosa. The staff is extremely rude and could care less about her customers. I have been a customer of this store since it opened but as of today I will never set foot in it again. Good luck with your Faygo shoppers because that's all you will have.

This place is clean and the pumps have always worked for me. They have E85 which is a plus, if you’re convenient to a mapco you should join their program. It’s definitely worth it

Friendly people and number one coffee..I would come and get fresh coffee every morning enjoyed the friendly environment n decided to apply for a job.. I'm so happy that I did.i love it .

The cashier was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I really hate I don't live in this area of town because I was surprised when I only paid a little over $8 for 2 packs of camel cigarettes, with my $2 off coupon. It's rare to get great customer service anywhere these days, so when I receive it somewhere I make sure to let my appreciation be known. Thank you young lady that was working late Friday February 28 evening! Her customer service skills are top notch!

It's a great place to go for gas and snacks very nice people who work there and the rest rooms are well maintained. Easy to get in and out of to the flow of traffic hard to get to gas pump@ times is the only issue

Pump 12 would not function properly. I told the attendant ??? He seemed to not really care. Said something about computer down. Definitely avoid pump #12 if possible.
