Fake Sales on their “Jewelry”. Purchased what they claimed to be an authentic .925 Sterling Silver Miami Cuban chain originally priced at $800 and purchased for $300 on “Sale”. I come back a month later due to it tarnishing with copper fade and making my neck green. When I came back to the store to Adress this problem, instead they try to “compensate” me by trying to sell me the same chain but for $100. I do not reccomend doing business with them at all. Scam.

Do not go, my husband bought something from the on December 24th for over 300 dollars. I wore it on the 26th and the chain broke. I went to just exchange it and they said they can sell me another one but they can’t exchange it cause it’s not their fault that the clasp broke.

Spent 150 on a beautful crucifix and necklace. Within a month 3 of the stones fell our and they don't repair or replace anything.

I have bought a few items from lux. Mark has been phenomenal and helping me alone way working on everything with me not trying to overprice me, kind people inside of the store. I’m so happy I was able to visit lux I am from Detroit and when I go back to Tuscaloosa that’ll will be my first stop.
