Thanks alot y'all sorry people my 75year old aunt bought a 2000$ fridge and payed u guys to bring it out y'all didn't hook the water to the ice maker not did they put the shelves in the fridge do those idiots u guys sent out think a 75 year old woman on a walker could do it thanks alot sorry people

The service was horrible. No one will assist you after an hour of waiting. The selection was horrible. They don't tell you the price until after the fact and and you ask for a manager. Nathan comes over rolling his eyes with a nasty attitude and tells you Rayven is leave. Doesn't try to solve your issues. Ended up leaving merchandise going to another site. Even if u have to pay for pleasantries!!

My experience was great--they had what I needed, the app led me to the right aisle and bay for more than 15 items, the self checkout processed my military discount, and the ladies watching the door were friendly and helpful near closing time. I'm not sure what all the low marks are about for this store, but my experience was as good as home (Madison, Alabama). The only deduction here is their inventory--they don't have quite the selection I am used to...and while they might not have had everything I WANTED, they had what I NEEDED.

You spend $4,000 on appliances that are suppose to be delivered and they send you a text to come pick up part of the order. When you arrive you wait fifteen minutes before someone assist you only to find out they want you to pick up a $15 cord and then they get a bad attitude because they can't get the locker open. The place is a circus! Going into the store is a persons worst nightmare!

0 worst customer service ever,Call from store order is in and can be picked up tomorrow will get processed and waiting at front of store , Not !!! Cannot locate pkg no one works in department will be Monday ,Question is why then tell me I can pick it up today

Made a quick stop here for a particular hanging plant. I sat in the parking lot and checked online and it mentioned there were plenty in stock. I walked right in and saw the plants inside the store as well as in the garden area.Quick purchase at self-checkout and I was on my way,no issues there. I would stop at this location again if in the area for specific purchases.

Most of the time I can find the items on Amazon cheaper. The rude cashiers make it difficult to even want to come back. And they don't have Samsung or Apple pay. And if you can even find an employee to help you "it's not my department " is there go to for anything you ask.

Customer service is horrible. I was supposed to have 6 appliances delivered yesterday. They showed up with two. I get a call today that one item can be delivered in a week. After numerous attempts to speak with a manager and being on hold for 50 minutes, I was disconnected and still nothing resolved and still unable to speak to a manager. I guess I'll be making a trip to the store and see if I can find a resolution face to face.

Changing my review to one star. I had an interview here and was told I'd be notified within the week if I got the job or not at their job fair this year. I was sent an email 4 months later saying they proceeded with other applicants. That is extremely unprofessional to not only host a job fair but not follow up with the applicant within the week after i called multiple times.What if I had been depending on that job? What if I needed that job to help a sick relative?You are what is wrong with America. America wants everyone to be working individuals with jobs but then we the people who want jobs are turned down by stingy management and not even told why we got denied the job.Do you realize I don't even have a car? I was willing to walk in the rain 3 hours just to go to the interview. Name one person you guys hired willing to do that for you.But forget us, right? We're disposable to you. You complain you need good help then you turn it down or get rid of them and don't even tell them.You're freaking right i am angry and good reason, you turned down a hard working military veteran so you could hire some other scrub that will probably quit in 2 weeks after his first check.
