The service was horrible. No one will assist you after an hour of waiting. The selection was horrible. They don't tell you the price until after the fact and and you ask for a manager. Nathan comes over rolling his eyes with a nasty attitude and tells you Rayven is leave. Doesn't try to solve your issues. Ended up leaving merchandise going to another site. Even if u have to pay for pleasantries!!

My experience was great--they had what I needed, the app led me to the right aisle and bay for more than 15 items, the self checkout processed my military discount, and the ladies watching the door were friendly and helpful near closing time. I'm not sure what all the low marks are about for this store, but my experience was as good as home (Madison, Alabama). The only deduction here is their inventory--they don't have quite the selection I am used to...and while they might not have had everything I WANTED, they had what I NEEDED.

You spend $4,000 on appliances that are suppose to be delivered and they send you a text to come pick up part of the order. When you arrive you wait fifteen minutes before someone assist you only to find out they want you to pick up a $15 cord and then they get a bad attitude because they can't get the locker open. The place is a circus! Going into the store is a persons worst nightmare!

0 worst customer service ever, Call from store order is in and can be picked up tomorrow will get processed and waiting at front of store , Not !!! Cannot locate pkg no one works in department will be Monday ,Question is why then tell me I can pick it up today

Made a quick stop here for a particular hanging plant. I sat in the parking lot and checked online and it mentioned there were plenty in stock. I walked right in and saw the plants inside the store as well as in the garden area. Quick purchase at self-checkout and I was on my way,no issues there. I would stop at this location again if in the area for specific purchases.

I ordered a refrigerator that was received today for my new home. After finally getting the plastic off the refrigerator noticed a dent in the front of the refrigerator. I went to the store to fix the error and was told it would be 10-14 days to get a replacement. It is ridiculous that I would have to be in a new house for a few weeks without a refrigerator that they dented. I will never buy another large appliance from lowes.

Most of the time I can find the items on Amazon cheaper. The rude cashiers make it difficult to even want to come back. And they don't have Samsung or Apple pay. And if you can even find an employee to help you "it's not my department " is there go to for anything you ask.

I went to this location again yesterday. I can honestly say this is the first time I literally had to chase an employee down for help. The guy actually went in the opposite direction every time I tried to get his attention, and I wasn't the only one. I know government policies and COVID fear has put these people in a bind, but my gosh, don't run from someone looking for help! I ended up going to Academy to make my purchase.

We had a new washing machine delivered today. The employees cracked a PVC pipe putting the washer in. Now it's leaking everywhere and we've had the washer ten whole minutes. Then they just left all the trash in the yard and drove off. I wish I could give them zero stars, but I guess they earned one by only being two hours late. Usually these guys like showing up three to four hours late, right at supper time. So, kudos on being really late instead of extremely late. The employees were also surly and uncommunicative. It's not my fault you're delivering appliances, jerk. And for $700 you'd think they could open their mouths and speak instead of grunting and destroying property and leaving trash in the yard. Lowe's is garbage and I'll never buy anything there again.

Bad customer service. Try buying flooring and no mattter who you ask for help. They say I don't work here though they are wearing red smock that says Lowe's. They stand around and talk among themselves and have no interest in helping anybody

This was one of the rudest businesses I've ever been too...My husband and I were literally ghosted when checking our..No hello, no response when we asked 3 questions and no thank you at the end.. We remained polite regardless..Tuscaloosa businesses is in trouble with allowing their workers to act anyway they want to for no reason..
