DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!I came in 10 minutes before they closed just for a brow wax they didn't have any customers present and said they were closed even tho the door was unlocked I'll never go back

I got my eyebrows threaded here and before the service I specifically said I only want my brows touched up. I do NOT want them thin. Not only did she make them pencil thin, but she completely screwed up the natural shape.

I would not recommend at all. I got my eyebrows threaded. They messed them up. I waited 3 months went back after they grew back. They messed them up again. I went back another lady tried to fix but she did the best she could and told me to use castor oil to grow them back and then have them redone. I also took my niece to get her eyelashes done for an event. She got them done at 1 p.m. by 8 p.m. we're already off. They weren't even done correctly and we were told we should have the tech to put eyelashes in corner. That's her job. She should have know how to do it. They have all kinds of excuses but they don't want to give your money back even for their mistakes. DO NOT GO HERE! IT IS HIT OR MISS DEPENDING ON WHICH TECHNICIAN YOU GET!

Definitely 0 stars. The first time I came here it was decent and I thought I had found my new brow salon. I WAS WRONG! I came in today and idk if the girl was new but every time she was pulling the wax, it wasn't coming off fully and she got bits of wax in my eyebrows. They then went through with tweezers and pulled the pieces of wax from my eyebrows. When it was done it looked like to rectangles above my eyes. I stated I wanted them arched. Another lady came over to fix it with thread and I heard her tell the lady that the wax just wasn't working ?!?! I've never heard of that happening, seems like she was an untrained beginner and got her practice on me and I paid the price. Very unprofessional. After my eyebrows still weren't looking right, they moved me to a different chair and proceeded to just fully thread them (I asked for wax because I hate threading but at this point I just wanted them to look good). I heard the lady original the original girl pointers and training while she attempted to fix my eyebrows. At one point I was surrounded by three ladies all doing something to my eyebrows. After the attempt at "fixing" , they were thin as hell and the left eyebrow actually looked fine but the left was still giving sharp rectangle just thinner now. Still was made to pay full price. Will not be back here again 0/0.

I was really disappointed, I wanted individual lashes, eyebrow wax and eyebrow tinting.. the lady took over an hour to do one eye of lashes she kept removing the lashes as if she wasn’t applying them on correctly. After the 3rd time by then I said to her that’s okay! Obviously I’m a practice Dummy for you. Then the younger lady came over and stopped me from walking out and she said I will put them on for you . She put the lashes on in ten minutes..I wasn’t able to get the all the service needed because I was so frustrated with the unprofessional service. I would Never in life go to this place again.Services: Eyelash extensions

They put SOOO much glue on my lashes and most of my natural lashes came out, also they looked so cheap. 0 ⭐ if I could. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Customer service was awful. The lady did my eyebrow did a great job, but they always talked some gossipy stuff in their language. And suddenly they asked me 'how old are you'!! And gossip again. I loved this place when a great lady was working, but now it's just disgusting. I had a very uncomfortable experience.

Tried this place on Monday. Had an appointment with a lady named Reema. I get to the place and told she is no longer employed here. The website needs to be updated with current staff. Anyways the girl who was working did my eyebrow threading. She did a great job and did exactly what I asked of her. I give her a 5 for the job but a 2 on customer service. She was on the phone the entire time while doing my eyebrows and when I walked through the door. Customer service can use work but she did a good job on the eyebrows. I’ll return though because I just moved here and it’s hard to find somebody that can do good eyebrow threadingService: Eyebrow threading

If I could give this place a zero I would. The technician asked me what I wanted done and I told her just a clean up. Don't do any shaping. 5 mins later she takes about half of my eyebrow off. One of them was the original shape and size, the other was butchered. She handed me the mirror and I was shocked. I told her to look at it and see how thin and horribly shaped it was. She immediately said she could fill it in with a pencil for me. When I told her that a pencil wasn't going to bring the other half of my eyebrow off, she apologized then directed me over to the cash register where she made me pay full price. DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely horrible service and zero remorse for their mistakes.

Very disrespectful towards customers!! Speaking on their loved one who’s past. I don’t recommend funding or going to this salon, not only were disrespectful comments made to a customer but services and done terribly and sloppily. Do better!! This place and the owner is disgusting.

THIS PLACE WAS AWFUL!!! I booked an appointment to get my lashes done they were extremely unexperienced and unprofessional using products were very damaging to my lashes and caused a lot of irritation to my eyes on top of it was very aggressive oh one point I literally had to ask if she could be calmer with handel my eyes she used very cheap Walgreens products she then proceeded to take lash glue and glue random chunks of strip lashes to the bottom sides of my waterline this was very painful and it looked horrible once I opened the first I she had even put some upside down. when I then proceeded to ask her to remove it and get the refund where they did not want to continued the process the manager tried to tell me I could only get 20% back and I explain to her that it is false advertising to advertise traind individuals to handle face when they very clearly have no idea what they’re doing. DO NOT GO HERE !!! YOUR LASHED WILL BE RUINED!! AND YOU WILL BE HANDELD VERRY POORLY. other then that have a nice dayService: Eyelash extensions
