I just couldn’t tell anyone how extremely nice and helpful Mr. Shane was. I want to thank Mr. Shane, my uncle Kenny Lockett, Moriah Larson, and other technicians that provided services with my car. Mr. Shane whole staff were professional and respectful. Mr. Shane even gave my sister great advice on her car when she decides to get hers fixed. I will always recommend them! THEY ARE THE BEST!

I continue to be very pleased with the work Shane and his staff provide our vehicles. Shane has taken great care of my family and their work is second to none. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for repairs. Customer service is over the top and we're always treated like family. We have recommended Landmark many times and will continue to do so. The entire staff at Landmark Collision were very professional, kind and courteous. The service department did a fantastic job correcting my car’s damages. They even managed to save me money on repairs, all in a timely manner! No complaints here ?

Prepare to make A LOT of phone calls! They did a really good job on the car, but whoever is in charge of communications needs to be fired because 2 weeks quickly turns into 4 or 5 or 6 or 7 when you constantly have to call and ask about things that they say they are supposed "contact" you for only to find out they haven't even started.
Had my car in the shop for a month when they told me a couple weeks. At the time I also had a rental and the insurance of the person who hit me was not going to continue to pay at the last minute, but of course not updates EVER unless they were called. Definitely an INTROVERTS NIGHTMARE of a situation especially when you spend all their open hours busy at work or school.
Anyway my car still isn't complete and it has been almost 3 months now not including the 4 months it took to get it to the shop. I would be more angry if I was the one who paid for my car to be fixed.
