Came in yesterday and the two guys behind the counter told me to leave because I only had a photo of my ID like bruh I’m over 18 just let me come shop. So rude and unprofessional.

I had a wonderful experience at Love Stuff. The cashier was so very much helpful and she also was able to help give me a discount. She did not stop until she made sure I was more then happy leaving out of the store.

Everything in the store you can find online for half off. Also horrible service went with my girlfriend last night and got denied because her id was literally 3 days expired!!! Obviously these people don’t need the money! Don’t shop here!

The young lady on the cash register that greeted me was warm and friendly BUT that’s where the positivity from the staff stops. The other young woman with the natural hair made me feel uncomfortable. I’m comparing products with my partner and EVERYTIME I look up she is staring at me. Ma’am If you suspect that I’m stealing the correct way to approach someone if you suspect that they are stealing is to offer customer service. My partner nor myself have no reason to steal from your business. We came in for a particular product, and left without it. This is my first and last time patronizing this business.

Got charged $24.99 when the sticker clearly says $19.99. Couldn’t see what was being charged until the transaction was complete and got the receipt. We did not leave the store with the product and they still wouldn’t give us our money back. Do NOT go here unless you was to get ripped off!

I will NEVER come back. The staff were wonderful. Very informative and helpful so nothing against them. I get adding a few bucks for convince prices but to MORE than double the price is ridiculous. Waiting two or three days is better than being robbed. If I hadn't broken both of my wrist I would have been able to look this up in store and would have walked out.
