Took my car in to see why check engine light keep coming. Said it was temp sensor. Paid for that. After 3rd time of taking it back. Said it was manifold. I left my car there which turn into a month because part had to ordered. Long story short when I got my car back I noticed my dash had a cut. I immediately turned around to address issue but it was Saturday service manger was not in. Said he will call me on Monday. Yeah right. I had to go up there and I met with service manager Geoffrey Muir. Guy was rude, not professional and should not be part of the Kia team. Tried to blame me for cutting my dash. What a peon. Said we're not paying for that. Then offered to pay half. Tried to get loud with me. Then go walk off and throw his hands up. I would not be writing this if I know I was wrong but I'm not in this case. GM call with same story. Like they got a script to say. Never will I go back there again or recommend doing work on any car. Take pictures before you take your in to protect yourself. And they burn all the gas out my car. So somebody been driving it

I dealt with this dealership while looking for a Kia Sportage SUV for my wife. I tried to negotiate with the salesman for a vehicle on their lot, but apparently his manager refused to come off of their price. That was fine with me, I found a much better deal for the car my wife wanted at the Serra Kia dealership in Birmingham. I let the folks at Julio Jones know that I would not be buying their vehicle. My biggest problem with Julio Jones Kia is that they continue to send me emails about Kia Sportage‘s on their lot almost every day. I have called them twice over a two week period to ask them to stop sending me emails because I’ve already bought,the car we needed and each time they said they would take care of that problem. Yet I still get emails from them almost every day clogging up my inbox. I suggest just not dealing with this dealership unless you want to have them as your email pal forever, and what ever you do , don’t ever give them your email address.

After 5 cars with Julio Jones I can't say enough good about my salesman James Sanders! He was efficient and went out of his way to make sure I saw not only all the car types I wanted but explained the different features and trade offs. Definitely will be sending all my friends to him!

Just got my brand new Sportage from Julio Jones Kia! I love this place ❤️ Especially Daniel Sargent, he was fantastic at explaining everything there was to know about this new hybid. And I would highly recommend you go see for yourself. That he is good at what he does. A real asset to the Kia Family! Thanks Bud, for making it happ'n!!!

Really fantastic service by the sales team. Thought I did my homework before I showed up and James Sanders showed me 4 new features on the car I was looking at, which I had no idea were options. Really appreciated James approach and manner when answering all my questions. Heard him on the radio the other day and glad I asked for him. Great service and knowledge!!!!

I can’t thank Julio jones Kia and especially my salesman James Sanders enough. He told me he would get me in a new car and he did. There was no haggling back and forth or anything like that. I told him my budget, what I was looking for, he showed me two options, we went on a test drive, and I decided on the GT line Forte. He got me in well under my budget and the whole staff was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car and make sure you ask for James Sanders.

I love my 2023 Telluride. James Sanders is by far the best salesman I've ever met. To give you an idea of just how much he went out of his way for me, my mom came with me because it was the first car I have ever bought and her blood sugar was getting low. James door dashed her a WHOLE MEAL while we were waiting!!!! Julio Jones Kia is next level when it comes to customer service!!!

I went to buy a car there and they were so friendly. Even offered me free soda and snicker bars!!! At first the price was just slightly over my budget and they happily worked with me. What a jewel this place is. Everyone there made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. Also my salesman was a Top notch guy.

Well I went there to look at a vehicle and already knew the sticker price and the internet price. - both the same. But the guy comes out and has a price for me that is 5000 more than the sticker price. (Nice acting job) . So they come out with the correct price with a bunch of baloney added to it that makes it way more than I was willing to pay , or that is was worth. This place has always been overpriced on used cars. They wouldn't even talk about lowering the price. I already had done in detail my homework on this car. He acted like I insulted him and he was rude. But he was asking way over the clean retail! Do your homework and learn about all of the " extra" unnecessary charges they pin on before you get the grand total- no matter where you shop. Rudeness and unwillingness to even talk is what will drive people away from here. The initial person that greeted me and helped was nice. It was the top guy that he took the offer to that acted like a j**** And walked off from me. Maybe he needs a snickers.

The service department seems to be a complete mess. I scheduled an appointment in advance over the phone, dropped my car off at 7:45am and waited nearly 10 hours just for the vehicle to still have the same issue. Cortney, and the entire service team are incapable of doing their jobs properly.

Yesterday my experience was amazing . I went in yesterday to trade my 18 Ford Focus , I left the lot with a 23 Kia Rio with no money down .The staff is amazing ! If you’re looking for a car , this is the place to go to .
