I was just at the store in Tuscaloosa, Alabama on Memorial ask the clerk for assistance they acted as if they didn’t know what I was asking for. The two ladies did nothing to assist me. I was in the store for about 30 minutes. If you are looking for fabric and you are in the area I hope you don’t go to Jo-Ann they are too busy being lazy. Try Walmart or somewhere but notJo-An Fabric. Customer service get an F- for today.

Good selection of fabric, staff seemed a little scarce, but wasn't an issue having an employee assist us when we were ready.
