Don’t bother ordering Uber eats or any delivery with them. There is no communication in the Uber eats app - they’re a disconnected entity and it’s not like a typical Uber eats delivery. It may say estimated 10-20 min delivery but it will actually be 1-2 hours and they won’t tell you anything. They don’t pick up the phone and they give excuses if someone does pick up the phone. I tried 3 different times with them and it was the same run around each time. Avoid this place. They don’t have enough workers or drivers and can’t do the job. Bad franchise location. This one and the one down the road are both terrible. They also forgot half the things I ordered on the one delivery that did finally show 1.5 hours later.

Short story we got sick after ordering. We ordered late night on 07/06/22 and we both still have diarrhea. It is now the 8th. Me and my significant other haven’t shared any other meals because we both work long hours. So, I know for a fact this is where the food poisoning came from. I also called today to speak to the manager, but, was told they were busy even after I said this was a sanitation and safety issue. I used to love this jimmy johns but their quality has drastically declined. I gave them another chance after swearing I would never go back. I learned my lesson. They didn’t even get my info to contact me back. As a food establishment when someone reports a food borne illness you should take it seriously.

My boyfriend (who is feeling under the weather) and I stepped into this location to get some dinner. I was finishing up a time sensitive text when I got to the register, which took maybe 5 seconds to complete, and the worker checked his phone as a way to retaliate to my 5 second text. When I finally got his attention (he was on his phone for about 30 seconds), I ordered my sandwich and my boyfriend’s sandwich since his voice is almost gone. The worker mocked me and said “It’s nice of you to order for him even though he seems to be fully capable of ordering for himself.” I explained that I knew his order and he was feeling under the weather. He made fun of me for ordering for him, which I very much did not appreciate. I never got his name, which I regret, but I know I will never step foot in this Jimmy John’s again so I don’t have to interact with this man again. Why is this middle aged man making fun of two college students who are just trying to get dinner? Two stars because there was nothing wrong with the sandwiches, so the trip was not a complete loss.

The line was empty and the service was fast, but they forgot to add mayo to my sand which and for some reason added tomatoes. I hate tomatoes. For that I have to give 3 stars. -1 for no mayo. -1 for tomatoes

Fast service with a smile. Super clean store and restrooms. The freshest food you can buy. Highly recommend the Box Lunch.
