Have had to use Jeff’s towing three times in the last six months for my two daughter’s cars. Super friendly, fast, and professional. Highly recommend. The only towing service around Tuscaloosa I’ll call from now on.

Jeff is an absolute sweetheart. He gave the best quote for picking up my car, and when the car started and I did not need his services he refused to charge me even though he had already arrived.

ALWAYS SUPPORT LOCAL!! My car broke down today and after a few phone calls and mental break downs later I came to the realization that the transmission was shot. Immediately, I called Jeff and he was there within 15 minutes. No questions asked, just a where are you and we will get it handled. Jeff has been a family friend for 25+ years and has always been there to help me with vehicles and today he came through again. If you are looking for fast and affordable help, contact him. He will always be my go to for towing and car needs! He’s always going to be fair and reliable. I can’t begin to thank him enough for always giving outstanding service and help. Even to help wipe my tears from me being dramatic haha. I 100% recommend and I promise you won’t regret it!!

Car ran hot on interstate 59 North heading into Tuscaloos. Called several towing services and didn't get the reception Jeff gave. Most of the others services tone came across as though you were bothering them.
Jeff and I worked through arrangements and he got me within the hour. Now granted I could have caught him at a good time so I would not expect as prompt of service call. But all in all dude was money ? and towed me where I needed to go.

I hope we never need a tow truck again, but if we do I won’t hesitate to call Jeff. He is nice, easy to work with and reasonably priced. We had a great experience, can’t recommend him enough!

10/10 Car stopped working in a very busy intersection, and Jeff got there in less than 5 minutes! He towed it to a gas station to try and figure out what was wrong. Very kind and friendly service, highly recommend!

This man came up like a knight on a white horse went above and beyond he's an absolute miracle. He went and found a way to help us on our journey when all odds were stacked against us!!!! We are 6 hrs from home and was gonna be stranded he made sure to get us going before he left our side friendly fast amazing I recommend to all!!!!!!!!

Jeff was not only professional and super responsive he was very kind and so helpful. My two boys and I were 3 hours from home to attend a basketball game in Tuscaloosa when our car broke down. We were worried about missing the game as much as we were the car but Jeff was on the scene in 15 minutes and had all the connections in town to get us everything we needed, even a room in a local hotel that was supposedly sold out. He checked on us all the next day too ! So grateful to him! Parents if you have kids in school here his is a name and number they should have. Thanks again Jeff!!

Jeff's towing was sent out by my extended warranty company to change a flat. All of my caps were damaged, one even had a hole in it. When I called to discuss the issue he was rude, condescending and belligerent and ended up yelling at me. He did pay for a new set of caps, but I would definitely not recommend.
