I went in with high hopes after searching and searching for the right person to cut my hair.. what a let down! So I leave the salon saying great job it looks great after gettin go home and messing around with my new doo I notice that the right side is about an inch shorter than the left. The cut is way shorter than I wanted but it’ll grow back no the big deal here, the lady that done the cut was super nice and had great conversation and great compliments on the natural color of my hair. I just don’t understand how you get licensed to provide this service and you can’t see that it’s way shorter on one side than the other. The salon it’s self well the air was out or being serviced or something but not a comfortable temperature at all. The lady was working two customers at a time so maybe that’s why this mistake was over looked idk. I’m just so disappointed that I have to again try and find someone to give me the cut I’m looking for and after the 35 dollar for the cut and a ten dollar tip I’m just very disappointed. With the price of living today 45 dollars for a haircut is stretching my budget just a little.

me and my daughter are trying to check out at JCPenney's to go to one register no one's there so then we go up to the ladies behind the jewelry counter. They tell us that the lady by the clothing closed her register for us to go to cosmetics and check out we go to cosmetics we told no you can't check out here. You have to go to the other side of the store by the restaurants to check out, how are they still in business?

I would strongly caution anyone even considering this place to reconsider, I wish I had. Got a horrible haircut even after having a good conversation with the woman and had a picture and it looked like a (blind) 1st grader cut my hair. Awful. Just awful.Thankfully, another stylist did her very best to salvage the few hairs I had left and tried to create some semblance of a haircut, the styling was bad but she did straighten out the total wreck of the 1st one and of course, it will grow out....one day.

I was just at this store and met a nice man named James in the jewelry department. He was very nice and polite. I was shocked at how nice the store looked. I was telling him how my local store in California didn't look that nice. I wish I had more time to look again but I saw it on the mall and it was one of my favorite stores I had to stop in to see how different an Alabama JCPENNEY'S is to a California one. I bought a few things, if I had more time I would have bought more. Great customer service

I have white hair that had a little color on the ends where I have been growing it out to my natural platinum white color for two years now. I wanted platinum with a little pepper to match my existing. They colored my natural platinum/white to a light blonde and gave me two brown chunks in the back and one on each side. The cut was horrible, my bangs were cut in a v shape and were about 2 inches long. My hair is breaking and crispy. And charged me $$% for it. I have since seen someone else who has said nothing can be done until we treat the hair for a while to make it healthy enough to work with. I have had to order extensions until then.Would never go back!Give it one star just so I could post the review. It's a "0" if I could give it a correct review.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
