Went into the store and mom touch a dress that didn’t have a sensor and the MANAGER snatched it away from my mom and all she did was touch it. She then insisted that she did nothing wrong. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

They have some really nice clothes. Love to shop there alot. I love the employees there to death especially a couple of them, & one of them name is Bethany, the other one haven't seen her in awhile. But a nice friendly place to shop. One of our favorite clothing stores.

First of all it’s a shame I have to give this store such a low review. I really do like finding all the urban trendy Instagram fashion all in one place at my disposal. When I first started going to It’s Fashion in the University Mall they had more workers that represented the customer base they are seeking to SELL to. I even had my sister from out of town come and visit the store I so affectionately titled “The Instagram Store “ AND she made a purchase. Lately and/or depending on what day you shop there, the atmosphere has completely changed. The manager acts as if the customers the store caters towards selling to, are about to steal at any minute. And it’s obvious she’s instructed her worker to do the same. I made a recent purchase and for the second time I was made to feel like a potential criminal while shopping. Not a very good experience. I went ahead and made purchases because each time I had an event coming up, but then later felt bad for shopping somewhere I was treated that way. The manager definitely does not subscribe to the trends that are sold in the store, nor relate well to the customer demographic she sells to. After speaking with my husband I will buy that same cute Chinese made stuff off of Amazon and just do better wardrobe planning for my events. I refuse to shop somewhere where I am treated like that. Just a side note: Simply Fashion in Tuscaloosa has very reasonable trendy clothing & treats their customers with respect. You may want to check them out.

I didn't have the receipt because someone purchased the item for me so I'm thinking I can exchange for the same price no u have to pay it's ridiculous I will not be back even tho I do keep my own receipts .rip off
