“I came to this location a few weeks ago. I had spent the day trying to establish a business account. All the other companies could not service my office address or did not have a staff member able to assist with business accounts. It was very frustrating. When I called this T-Mobile location, I spoke with Daniel. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. Alexis in the store helped establish business internet for me and made the process super easy to setup and understand. I am extremely happy with the service and thankful for the staff. Definitely recommend T-Mobile and this location in particular.”

“If you had a bad experience previously give them another shot. I was of the impression there is fresh management now present. We wished to acquire internet and our repsentative was well informed and knowledgeable. We where in and out in less than 30 minutes with everything we needed and most definitely will return to this location if there is any need.”

“My review is no referenced to the store or staff. I got the wireless and I was told I had thirty days to return no charge. Returned it well before the 30 days and was still charged by Verizon even though they said the records showed I returned in time. I paid the extortion fee of 40 dollars just because I got sick of the horrible customer service. Beware if you try the wireless and they tell you the same thing they told me and the commercials. Just made me happy I stuck with my current provider - I changed my rating for the store the staff did nothing wrong. Verizon Corporate took my money they made the commercials they saw in their records I turned it in on time yet I had to pay. Your staff did their job correctly.”

“I took my equipment back about 10:30 and the place was busy. I couldn't even get signed in. I left and returned at 12:15. The crowd had cleared out. I was in and out in less than five minutes with a receipt showing that I had returned the equipment.”
