Taxes were filed incorrectly in 2018,office acts like it was my fault. I've worked 2 jobs since then(both taxed) but somehow I owe irs and h&r block thousands of dollars don't go there u will leave in debt

I filed my taxes here this past March, and then later I received a letter saying my taxes were filed incorrectly. When I called to inquire about the letter, the tax professional was demeaning and proceeded to explain that it was my fault. The tax professional was not helpful.
