“I checked in 9/21/24 , there was a guy working the front desk and I hate I didn’t remember his name but he gave the best customer service and I can tell he really takes pride in his job. I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend staying here”
“Room toilets too low for the elderly. No chair in the room to sit at the desk. Biscuits and potatoes for breakfast, but no sausage or gravy.
Walkability: Nice restaurant right across the street.”
“Ja’brea (sorry if spelled wrong) is absolutely the most AMAZING person. Everything about his customer service is a 10/10. Came up here to book a room for my parents that are coming to visit me and he was more than helpful and made the entire process as easy as possible. I live in town and almost wanted to book a room for myself simply because he was so kind. Someone give him a raise because this gentleman wholeheartedly deserves it. Hands down will recommend anyone coming to visit to come to this hotel, customer service will NOT disappoint.”
“We had to cancel one of our rooms because my son was sick. The manager, Arial, was prompt and helped us get our points back for our stay. She was very responsive and helpful! If you have any issues with your stay, I'm sure she can resolve them!”

“I love this hotel! Rooms were very nice size. We got 2 double beds. Rates were really good. Beds were really comfortable. Shower head felt great ony back and my head and the water pressure was good. It stayed hot the whole time. Breakfast was huge. They had pancakes, omelets, bacon, turkey sausage, egg white omelets, cinnamon rolls, Muffins, cereal, Oatmeal, grits, fruit, yogurt, juices, milk, coffee. Pancake machine made 2 Pancakes in one minute. We stopped at 1240am on the way through going home to Louisiana. They still had a person in the lobby. Alot of hotels don't have anyone available to check you in if you arrive after midnight. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was very happy with this hotel.”

“Excellent choice for my stay for family weekend at Bama! Rooms, common area, front entrance - all were glistening and clean !!!! Rooms very well appointed with everything you’d need with a sundry shop on the main level. Microwave and fridge were helpful for the weekend. Highly recommend this hotel !!! I’ll be back.”

“All in all, was a great hotel. There is a free parking garage next door, which is great. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants. It's clean, the staff are friendly, and they have a bar on site. The only issue was being put in a room with a very loud HVAC unit.”

“I'm lifetime Titanium with Marriott and Platinum with IHG. So, it's been a long time since I've stayed at a Red Roof Inn. Went down to Alabama on short notice for a Bama game this past weekend and got a room here at a fair price.
I did secure a preferred room and my room was nice and clean. Check in was fast and very pleasant. Also, when I went into the room there was a nice welcome bag with 2 waters, some crackers and a few small Hershey cholate bars. So, a very nice touch and much welcomed. Especially the water.
My favorite part was the shower head. LOL. Great shower head with lots of pressure and options. After being at the game all day, it was refreshing.
Did not eat breakfast there but the only disappointment was the coffee machine was out of order downstairs, but I simply went back to my room and fixed a cup with the little coffee maker in the room.

“As we were traveling home from a week long driving trip. This was the perfect stop for our last one. Last minute booking as we just couldn't drive any further. This being our 3rd hotel of our journey, it was the cleanest, most courteous and the fairest price of them all. Highly recommend.”
“Would recommend. Not luxury but but has all that you need. Visited early August. This hotel is near any store you could think of, shopped $300 in the area and had to sit on my carry-on to zip it back up going back home. Food prices in the area were reasonable. My room was a King size bed on the first floor, comfy but too close to mgt office and could hear each time they opened and closed the office door. My room was 108. Did find a bug in my room but staff were very quick and helpful, special shout out to Angel- she’s very professional and kind. Sweet southern hospitality was felt. Breakfast was good in the morning. Pool was clean. Check in and out was easy. Originally planned for one night but extended because it was comfortable for the most part. I did visit my friends’ room and it was outdated, lamps weren’t working and had a funny smell. That was room 124.”

“THE place to stay if visiting Tuscaloosa. Staff was all unbelievable from bar to front desk etc. rooms were stunning and modern. Very clean and even though it was a business trip it felt luxurious. Close walk from downtown with tons of great food options there! Gym was great too. Can’t wait to stay again once the rooftop is open… that’ll bring this great spot to even the next level.”

WELL MY DEAREST FRIENDS HAVE TRULY HAD AN AMAZING TIME THERE AND WILL COME BACK AGAIN FOR 3 reasons one breakfast and 2 the housekeepers and deep cleaning women she is extremely sweet with a wonderful since of humor as well her name is Olivia and the other young lady is tamberia as well as Spanish young lady. I appreciate them for there peace and making my family and I feel at home.
Rooms: Very clean no sense of complaining about what can’t be fixed. Thank you all.

“decent room with a swivel TV, loved that! the staff is so friendly, kaelin checked me in and always greeted me as I passed by the desk on my way out. karin the bartender is so much fun to chat with in the evening! also lots of restaurants on courtney drive - check out the korean hot pot place if you have a chance.
I'm only removing a star because there's some loud, low, constant, ominous rumbling at night and it's irritating and I can't figure out what it is.”
“Great hotel. Very quiet. Clean. The air conditioning and heating was great. Overall, the rooms were very comfortable. I stayed there many times over a 4 month period. Never had any problems. Breakfast is also available which was a plus. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.”
“Rooms are what you'd expect. I'd recommend the cleaning crew use a bleach cleaner or vinegar solution for cleaning the bathrooms.
Beds were clean and didn't have stains on the mattress.
The air conditioner made a noise all night. I'm not sure if it's intentional or a malfunction, but it sounded like ocean waves and was great for drowning out the traffic sounds.
The front desk staff was awesome! Everyone was so nice. Thanks to the management for taking the time to properly hire and train your staff. It's noticed.”

“Great family weekend and it all started at the front desk at check in time, thanks to Kim!! Our crew had 3 rooms and Kim already knew the last names & had us situated close by each other. She was friendly and knowledgable from check-in to checkout!! Room was spacious, and clean and had everything you would need for a kitchen.
