I went in to buy sneakers for a youth child. I requested help and the assistance came over to help. I asked for the size I needed, and she got them very quickly. Also, told me if I needed any more assistance to let her know. I was very satisfied with my customer service at Hibbett Sports in Tuscaloosa Mall.

I was greeted by two employees as I entered the store. They asked if I needed anything in particular. I found what I needed, they checked me out fast and they were very friendly. I was pleased.

I’m in the hospitality industry I deal with people on the everyday basis & if this is the employees you want at your business on the daily that I met today well I could tell you a 1 year old child has more motivation to sell than all 3 of the employees that I met today .Horrible experience
