The elevators are constantly broken, gates to the garage only open like 25% of the time, and i’ve gotten locked out of my apartment more times than i can count because the key fob will randomly decide not to work. Save your money and live somewhere else.

I am going on 3 years living at HERE Tuscaloosa and have enjoyed each one. It takes me 5 minutes to walk to class while also being right on the strip. My roommates and I have a great view of the stadium from our room. All of the amenities here are great especially the study rooms and gym. The HERE is an all round great place to live and I highly recommend anyone interested to check it out!

I have lived here going on 3 years and I have loved it! If there ever has been anything I needed maintenance for they have been very prompt in fixing it. It is truly a great community!

Overall very clean & highly maintained. All of the staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Room are spacious and in good condition. Lots of different amenities to choose from and they are all kept in good condition.

We are looking for an apartment for our daughter to live in next year and this place sounds amazing! We spoke to boy by the name of Carter. He was very knowledgeable and so polite on the phone. We plan to set up a tour with him in the Spring!

The apartments and staff are great! I ordered a new a couch and Carter helped me move it up to my apartment on the 4th floor! Everyone is understanding and welcoming.

Super nice building and the staff is aways extremely helpful when it came to answering all of my questions about the property. I spoke with Carter on the phone recently and he was very well mannered and able to provide sufficient answers to any questions I had about HERE.

The Here is a very nice apartment complex conveniently located right next to campus and the stadium! Ask for Carter Busby to give you a tour! He was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable!
