“Our washer went out and the next day we came to The Home Depot to get a new one and we were very well pleased with the customer service we received. We were greeted with a smile from appliance specialist Toccarra. She was very informative and helpful and we loved having her around to help us.”

“Why does the Lowes Garden Center on Skyland in Tuscaloosa open at 8a instead of 6a like the one in Northport? I have to travel 15mins with morning traffic across the bridge to the Northport Lowes just to get soil and mulch, when I live 3mins away from the Tuscaloosa Lowes. I've even went to the garden center and saw the cashier standing behind the cash register waiting until somebody unlocks the gates or watering/putting out flowers. I inquired about it and was told that, "We try to have them open by 8."”
“My experience was great--they had what I needed, the app led me to the right aisle and bay for more than 15 items, the self checkout processed my military discount, and the ladies watching the door were friendly and helpful near closing time. I'm not sure what all the low marks are about for this store, but my experience was as good as home (Madison, Alabama). The only deduction here is their inventory--they don't have quite the selection I am used to...and while they might not have had everything I WANTED, they had what I NEEDED.”
