Rv travelling from canada 29 December 2023. One of my tires was going bad. Got there at 5pm, I was back on my way at 6pm. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to the team that was there.

Complete disappointment I came here twice and I don't even know why they I came the second time but never again the first time I came they fix my trailer door and did a horrible job the door needed new hinges but was still off traction when they fix. The second time they flush my coolant out cause I had water in it but didn't tighten the hoses back up which causes leaks now I have pay even more money to go behind something that should of been done right the first time

Tuscaloosa on call service tech was to arrive in 45 minutes, i waited for 3 hours no one showed or called. I called backed to see what time he would arrive, it’s going to be 45 minutes and I’m only 30 miles from Tuscaloosa. This is ridiculous! No rush because no one is held accountable!
