“Wow, I highly recommend Tuscaloosa Flower Shoppe! I am so humbled and amazed at this shop’s customer loyalty. I sadly placed an order for sympathy flowers and gave the wrong date of service. I called to ask about it having realized my mistake and was so sorry to find out that, in fact, I had asked for them to be delivered a day late which was today. The shop owner immediately said she would call the funeral home herself and try to get an address or see if the family needed to pick up any more flowers. Unfortunately, the family lives an hour away and they did not need to return. The owner then stated she would do a full refund and how sorry she was. I am truly humbled by this experience as this was totally my fault and she in no way owed me a refund. I highly recommend this shop not only for their beautiful flowers but for making a terrible situation as good as it could be. So thankful people and places like this still exist. Keep making beautiful arrangements!”
