Sent some material here to be held for pickup. The Walgreens employee refused the shipment causing us a costly delay. We called twice to try to get an explanation, but the employee who answered the phone hung up on us both times without giving us any information. They didn't even bother to ask my name before telling me the package wasn't there. How could they know? Extremely discourteous and unhelpful staff here. Would not recommend using this particular fedex onsite.
