We are weary travelers, having car trouble and ran out of clean laundry! Very thankful for this location and the help from the staff. She kindly and patiently walked me through the different machines and how to use them and what was just right for me. I was in and out in an hour.?

I haven't used a laundromat since I was 20 !Who knew about all the upgrades ? Washed 3 loads of clothes in 1 medium-sized washer. ( it was only half full)Washer time 20 minutes and the dryers only took 12 minutes to dry ( split my load bt 2 dryers)***Total spent... $7.50And the great attendant walked me through the whole process.Oh, and you can pay with your debit card !

It has really taken a downward turn. Many of the washers & dryers were marked "out of service", many were marked "takes $1 & $5's only, and others were marked "KIOS & App only". The place was dirty. Trash all over the floor. The attendant was carrying on a conversation on her cell phone in the office and you could hear the conversation and all the profanity back at the bathroom door. She was constantly cursing and screaming on the phone, with a washateria full of patrons & young kids. It has really turned for the worse. If it's the same on my next trip, it will be my last trip there.

Honestly, I really enjoy this place while washing close is close to $10 the staff is super friendly and so are the people that go in.

This is an expensive place to begin with.Also, I paid 5.75 and the machine did not work! It is supposed to start working after you pay but it didn’t move. Who is supposed to refund me?I didn’t know how to reply to your question. So I am adding to this. I went to the people who worked there and they said there is nothing they could do because I opened the machine door. I did that because the machine did not start working after I paid. They said their boss would say the same thing and I have to pay again! How can I get a refund at this point?

Was very clean, no oders in the machines they have vending machines for laundry soap bleach and dryer sheets if u for get yours. they also have vending machines with snacks and drinks. You can even drop your laundry off the machine we used. it was the biggest one, and prices weren't that bad. Dryers work very well. I would go back. They have plenty of seating machines and places to fold they even have a small kid section with books and someone on site to help. They also have wifi as well as a place to get quarters for machines.

I definitely came unprepared (it has been a while since I’ve used a laundromat) and the dark-haired woman in the front was so patient with me, kind, and extremely helpful — I appreciate it tremendously!!! Very clean place as well. Definitely recommend!

The woman at the front desk is lovely. The machines work well and my clothes were safe went I went shopping for an hour during the wash and dry cycles.
