I placed the order from Indiana, to be delivered to Northport Alabama. It arrived perfect timing and it was beautifully packaged. The sweets were extremely fresh and the perfect surprise for my love on his birthday. Thank you!!!

I have been an edible arrangements customer for a long time and have spent quite a bit of money here (over $100 everytime I purchase) Today was by far the absolute worst experience. I put in my order a day in advance and it still was not ready until 7 hours after my original pick up time. While I understand the staffing issues, my problem is when I would check the status I was met with the worst attitude from employees and told I should have put in my order 5 days sooner. No empathy whatsoever. When I finally went to the store to pick up my order the ladies in there were rude and short with all the customers in there. I inquired about why there was no white chocolate on my platter and they proceeded to tell me that they don’t offer white chocolate on Valentines Day. Which I find odd considering I’ve gotten an assortment of white and semi sweet for the last two years. Also, this is not displayed on the website. It states that you will receive an assortment of white chocolate and semi sweet chocolate. I called corporate to inquire about that policy and they stated that is not true and that the store is making it up and making an excuse to not do it or they may have ran out and not wanting to say it. If that is truly this stores policy they need to outline that on their website so customers will know. Oh but wait… there is more! The strawberries are SPOILED. The brownies are not fresh and taste like they have been sitting out for hours. Spent over $100 and very disappointed. Will be using Peter Brooke or Shari’s Berries from now on. I warn you do not use this location.

No one ever answers the phone you can’t leave an order I didn’t have this problem last year very disappointing in the Customer ServiceUpdate finally got through and got to place my order. Hope everything else goes well.

The fruit I ordered was great, but the flowers were wilted and clearly not fresh. As much a their products cost, I expected better quality. I will not order flowers from them again.

If you are not going to be able to have someone's order ready at the AGREED UPON TIME, you might consider contacting the person and letting them know so they don't waste their time and gas going to pick up their order, only to find the door locked, no note with a return time, or anything. Then, when you decide to call Customer Service to cancel, because you've had to get something else for your function, you finally get a call from them wanting to see if they can deliver it for free "whenever the delivery person comes in". You decline the offer, and the person becomes rude and indignant about how they were having issues and problems and now YOU are causing them to waste product. And even go so far as to insinuate that they'll "see what they can do about getting you a refund".

Patrick, was one of the best delivery drivers I’ve ever encountered I said I needed my package delivered faster for my mother for her birthday! He actually went above and beyond and got the package there in no time! 10/10 I do recommend!

I ordered my friend the birthday box with chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate covered pineapple, she called tell me thank but the fruit were old and tasted horrible. Very disappointed

On September 22 I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a family member. I received a call hours later that my order could not be delivered to the hospital and that someone would need to pick it up. I’m not from AL, but I was able to find someone to deliver it for me. I was told I would get 10% off plus the delivery charge waived (obviously). When the item cleared my account, it cleared for the entire amount. I called and spoke to the manager, Courtney, who assured me she would refund the $16+. I called every few days and was told it takes a while to clear the bank. It’s been 2 weeks, so I called again. I was told the zip code didn’t match my card and that I would need to call corporate to get my money. It is the only card I have, meaning Courtney entering the zip code incorrectly when attempting the refund. She said there is nothing she can do at this point. It’s not the dollar amount, but the principal and poor customer service that has me beyond frustrated. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE. There’s a reason they only have 3 stars. Never again.

I have went into this store on 4 different occasions and not one single time have they had a single thing ready that you could walk out the door with !!!! we will never go back !!! very very disappointing !!!! and the KIDS working the store act like they have no clue about what to do or say except you can make an order and pick it up in a few days !! umm no thank you !!
