This store has, by far, the best customer service I've ever witnessed/experienced so far. The employees that I've met were really friendly and helpful, and they even went out of their way to look up an item that I once saw on the website. They go above and beyond to help customers by their own will. The store has a large variety of crystal and fantasy-themed jewelry, clothing, herbal scented items, and beautiful decorations. Anyone who likes nature, space, or raw positivity, please visit this place.

I love Earthbound, but the staff wasn't incredibly helpful and one staff member made a point to tell my 8 year old she couldn't have a closed container of ice cream while we were there. Also, she followed us around like we were doing something wrong even after having over 200 dollars worth of merchandise we ended up purchasing.

They had everything I was looking for. I didn't see any sage, but I also didn't ask. They had specials on certain items that went together (crystals and their bags, incense and their bags). The team was very eager and willing to help but also not overbearing and pushy. I've casually browsed before, but I will now be making this my staple store for my current journey.

I really like the clothes especially the dresses but the owner of the store is really rude everytime I go here she tries to rush me out of the store and tries to get me to go to other stores when I'm just asking about prices and what will be on clearance soon.

Customer service is the best!! Knowledgeable staff and management and the clothing is awesome! I find the place enchanting and have fun shopping there. Unique finds and treasures around ever corner. Glad they are located in Tuscaloosa! Thank you!!
